Express Service Option is a PLUS ! 10/31/2012

I recently utilized the Express Service at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence dealership on 10/26/12. This was my 5th visit for this type of ""Express"" service and as in the past, my expectations were not let down. I was more than satisfied with the continued high customer service by Commonwealth Honda. Upon arrival into the drive-in garage, I was greeted professionally by ""Michael Gravelese "". Total service was 30 min., which was the agreed upon time that I was advised on when I checked in. I was extremely pleased with the dealership for it's organization, explanation of service options and overall professionalism displayed by the Service Advisor team members. I will certainly be returning for future service work at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence. more

Dealership Review 10/12/2012

We had a pleasant shopping experience for a new vehicle at CommonWealth Honda in Lawrence, MA. We purchased a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe recently. We never felt pressured at all. Enyel Moronta (Sales Associate) was very polite and professional. I had prices from 4 other dealerships that did not match Commonwealths. The attention to customer service is exceptional. We would certainly recommend CommonWealth Honda to anyone. more

The personal at Commonwealth Honda are great. They helped me make the perfact decision for my family and myself. I was greated by Phillip Curtis. Mr. Curtis helped me get a great deal. The business manager Karen Pelletier helped me through the paperwork and explain in detail every question I had. I was acknowledged by everyone that passed my way. Its great to know they are still some honest motor vehicle dealers out there. more

I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze at Commonwealth. The salesman, Jim Kowalik, went to great lengths to make my car-buying experience as smooth & positive as possible. He was very knowledgeable, helpfully pointing out that the 2012 & 2013 Cruzes had an 4 inches more front legroom than the used 2011 I'd originally gone to look at & arranging for me to get the same incentives on a 2013 that they were offering on the 2012s. When the finance dept. needed to have me sign some papers after I'd left the dealership, he went out of his way to bring them to me at work an hour away! A few days later, I received a hand-signed thank you note from the owner & a box of chocolate chip cookies. I would definitely recommend them! more

I visited the dealership with my parents who were looking for a used second car for themselves. After a day of countless dealerships that were looking more for a commission on a sale as opposed to what my parents needed in a car for what they could afford. We decided to visit Commonwealth to see if they could live up to their slogan. Well, they didn't live up to it...they exceeded it. My reason for writing this review? I, who was not in the market for a car at the time, fell in love with a car my parents test drove but weren't sure about. Needless to say, Jim's understanding and laid back, non pushy approach made it so that not only did my parents find a vehicle that day, but I ended up signing papers for the car I fell in love with, but feared I could not afford. I won't shop anywhere else for my vehicle needs as long as Mr. Kowalik is selling vehicles. I recommend his service to everyone who compliments my choice of vehicle! I miss my old car, but am falling in love with the newer one each minute I drive her! All thanks to Jim! more

I got a great car at a great price! It was an easy process. The salesman was wonderful and very helpful. Paul did a great job walking me through the car and answered all of my questions along the way. We have been customers of Commonwealth Motors for years. I currently drive a 2005 Honda Pilot (which I purchased from Commonwealth) and brought it in for some regular maintenance. As always the staff was helpful and friendly. I received a call detailing what additional work needed to be done, and was not pressured to do it all at once. As usual the work was done quickly and done well. I highly reccommend Commonwealth for your vehicle sales and service needs! more

Great Service 5/25/2012

I just had an oil change done to my 2011 Honda CRV, and the service was great. The service fee for an oil change was significantly lower because I originally purchased my vehicle here. I think it is a great perk. Every person I encountered was polite, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend servicing your vehicle at Commonwealth Motos. more

Awesome Dealership 5/16/2012

Not only did this dealership make the process of leasing a car fast and easy, but the service department is always very helpful and timely! I had a sunroof leak and they took me right in. They also are extremely quick and accommodating with regular maintenance (ie: oil changes). more
