Best customer service! I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing another vehicle after having had a bad experience elsewhere, but the staff at commonwealth motors was polite, caring, and attentive. I left that day with a Toyota Yaris and it drives amazing. Great purchase! BTW I worked with Victor, he was amazing as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. more

Our service at Commonwealth with Anthony Vancini (sales) and Karen Pelletier (finance) could not have gone any better. We were in a new car in a day and are tickled pink to be driving a beautiful 2013 Civic. The attention to detail at the dealership was awesome down to the cookies and candy for our 9 year old. This was our first trip to commonwealth Honda, but it certainly not be our last. SHOP THEM FIRST and don't bother with the others!!!!!!! more

I really enjoyed working with Wilson Ramirez at Commonwealth Honda. Aside from being quite possibly the happiest person I've ever met, he was attentive, knowledgable, and took the time to explain all of my options and worked to find the best fit for me. I originally went to Commonwealth to look at a Certified Used car, but when I was still uncertain about committing to the purchase, Wilson took the time to explain a lease option to me, and why it would be a better fit. He was straightforward, and I am confident he worked on my behalf to get me the best deal possible. The best part was there was no pressure- it literally took me 3 weeks to make a decision- and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The showroom was clean and organized, and Wilson even took the time to give me a tour of their service facilities and rates. I highly recommend working with Wilson Ramirez at Commonwealth whether you're in the market for a new or used car- I drove all the way from Gloucester to Lawrence and it was well worth the trip! more

I looked around quite a bit for my 2013 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X 6 speed manual. I received quotes from several dealers both on the buy back of my old car and the purchase of the new truck. After performing all my research and geared to buy my new Nissan, I decided to call Commonwealth per their shop us last slogan. Not only did they meet the price I was offered on my previous vehicle, but they beat the best price on the new vehicle! Upon arrival to confirm the deal, there was zero haggling and everything was as promised. Delivery of the vehicle took a little longer than expected, but understood since the vehicle came through a dealer swap and add on parts took a while for delivery. I would gladly buy a vehicle from this dealer again and their employees. Both Mark (Sales) and Bobby(Manager) were a huge help to me and kept annoyances to a minimum. more

We went to Commonwealth to test drive a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. The lease on our current Maxima was not up until August so we had no intention in getting in to something new when we went in. Dan made the entire process easy and relaxing and we ended up getting out of our lease early and in to the Pathfinder. The color I wanted was not on the lot so Dan and his team worked to track down the vehicle and within 2 days I had the color I wanted and was driving away happy. From the time we walked in until the day we drove off, Dan made us feel welcome and at ease with the process. We could not be happier with Dan or our experience at Commonwealth Nissan. more

This is our fourth car purchased at Commonwealth and everytime we have been treated with the utmost respect.\r \r Bob asks what you are looking for and then he finds exactly what you want. This dealership brought a new meaning to customer service! Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful and took much of his time during the day to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle I was purchasing. During the purchasing part of the car, Ron went over every detail to ensure I understood all aspects of the purchase. Both of these employees took so much time to go over every aspect of the vehicle, I actually felt at ease with such a big purchase. I cannot thank these employees enough for their time, their patience, and their overall attitude. Whenever I need another vehicle, I am going to Commonwealth. Priced right and friendly. If you are shopping them first, you'll be shopping them last. No need to go anywhere else. more

A couple weeks ago I went to Commonwealth to BEGIN my car search. After test driving two cars and crunching numbers with my salesman, Steve Federico, I bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox, that day. Everyone was very helpful and I left feeling like I got the right car for me, not the car that someone convinced me to get. I would certainly recommend Commonwealth; my daughter is thinking of buying in the next 6 months and she plans on heading there! more

If you are ever able to enjoy bringing your vehicle in for service, I thoroughly enjoy bringing my vehicle to Commonwealth Motors. Their prices are great. There is never any sales pressure to have work performed that can wait. They are very good about helping your set priorities for work that should be performed. I have worked with Susan and Charlie over the past few years; they have always been professional and were great when it came time to put my former Honda Odyssey out to pasture. If you can't wait for work to be performed, Commonwealth provides a shuttle;one of their driver's is a New York Giant's fan but he is pleasant enough. If you need a car, Enterprise rentals is on site. If you have time and are looking for a place for a cheap date, you can wait in their comfortable waiting room, grab a cup of coffee and a couple of cookies and watch the movie. The selection is pretty good! more

We took our 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI in for its' 40,000 service. They couldn't have been nicer - we chose not to have the oil change since it had only been 5,000 miles since the last change. They called when they found a dent in the rim of one of the tires and said that if they rotated the tires, there might be a shimmy. We opted not to repair it on this visit and they were helpful with that decision. They apologized for the cost of the service, but we understood that this was one of the more major service visits. While we had not bought our car from Commonwealth, they couldn't have been nicer to my husband. Thank you. more
