I was able to ride right into the service center when it was raining out on a Saturday morning and the service advisors were ready to receive me and they were efficient with processing my information. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I was able to relax and enjoy a movie in their waiting area along with some free coffee and cookies. This was a comfortable and enjoyable experience all around. more

I've given Commonwealth Honda a ""Great"" review because of their fast work and excellent customer service. I arrived at their service center without an appointment, and I needed to get my vehicle inspected. Buddy greeted me with a friendly welcome, and he noticed right away that my sticker was expired. He quickly took my information while another attendant put covers over my car's seats and foot wells. Once I signed the service paperwork, Buddy led me to the waiting area which is nicely equipped with coffee, cookies, a large HDTV, and many comfortable chairs. Less than 20 minutes later, Buddy came back to tell me that my car was ready. He summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good, and informed me where I could find my car (even down to the parking space number). I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. more

My wife and I had a very good experience dealing with Commonwealth Honda. The sales people,Tyler Reed and Daniel Young in particular, spent time explaining all the options including leasing and buying. After careful consideration we bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey. These salesman were well informed, helpful and we did not feel the ""high pressure"" sales approach we found at other dealerships. Also Jim Volpe was excellent at explaining all the financing options. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals. This is second vehicle we purchased from Commonwealth and will be back again.\r \r more

I recently purchased my first car from Honda Commonwealth. I was very nervous since this was not only my first time buying a car but of the common perception of dealing with car salesmen. I worked with Peter Decosta and couldn t of had a better experience. I was able to get a car that I could afford and Peter worked with me through the whole process. Honda was so accommodating and even helped me by picking me up at work the following week so I could pick up my new car. Karen was also so helpful while figuring out my financing. I can t wait to work with Honda Commonwealth in the future! more

I went to Commonwealth Honda to get a remote starter installed to get ready for the cold weather. I bought my car from them, so I knew it would be a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my remote starter. I will definitely go back to Commonwealth if I get anything else done to my car. more

We have had EXCELLENT service at Commonwealth Kia every time we've been. Our car (AKA ""Kiki"") is awesome and we have no complaints. We've had her for a year and a half and have had several oil changes at Commonwealth. I emailed a few dealerships to get a written quote, then I sent the best quote to a few dealerships to see if anyone could beat it. Commonwealth Nissan was the only dealership willing to beat the price. I was a little skeptical that they wouldn't honor the price once I got there, but Bobby B gave me the price that was promised. Jose C was a great and friendly sales person. Mark B was very helpful with financing after my Credit Union started giving me trouble with my out-of-state license. All three people I worked with were very nice and helpful, and I would recommend them if you're in the market for a new car! more

I had an excellent time with the team at Common Wealth Motors.\r When I say team I really mean team. Everyone knows that car sales men are on commission. You would hard a difficult time finding that type of environment here. Many sales personal came in and gave me answers to my questions and it was not in there direct benefit to answer. I find that very inviting and would recommend that experience to anyone.\r In my particular situation I had a difficult time trying to find a car that would fit my financial needs. Grant my sales associate gave me the perfect package and personally catered it to the success of getting not only one but two brand new cars to get me moving.\r Grant did not bat an eye to the many cars I test drove and the several hundred questions I had for all of them. I trust CommonWealth and will come back for future car purchases. \r \r Overall I feel the team all they could to make sure they they placed my family in two cars that met my aggressive budget. Its funny because we actually did shop them last and bought two cars. more

I purchased a CRV in August and Ainsley was my Salesman. I couldn’t say more about how great he was. Very friendly, patient, and listened to what I wanted and what I said I could afford for payments. I was a little indecisive at first between a couple of vehicles. I got the information I needed and said that I would get back in touch. I didn’t feel pressured and I had some more questions and we kept communication going through email and a couple of days later I was in my new CRV. I decided to go to Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence, MA because my father in law had such a great experience when he bought his car this Feb' 13. I was viewing their used cars and saw the car that I had always dreamed of owning a Land Rover LS3 HSE. Upon arrival I was greeted by a warm friendly sales person named Jose. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations about my sales experience. He explained all the features and answered all of your questions and better he let us take the time we needed to make sure that this was the car for me. At the end of the day my husband drove home in the car that I wanted and I am beyond happy. more

Brought my car in to be serviced and a week later was in an accident. Both the collision center and the VW maintenance crew were professional as always. Reggie in the service department was prompt, professional, and always explains all options to me without making be feel stupid. He even went to VW to get them to cover a part that was technically no longer under warranty because of my long standing relationship with VW, saving me 800 dollars! I would recommend this service team to anyone and will continue to bring them my business. more

Just purchased my second used vehicle from Commonwealth Motors since May. I cannot say enough good things about them. Mark Bernier was my salesman again. He is great. He does not pressure you into buying something you do not want. He only shows you what you are interested in, but did explain all my options (new, lease used) and told me the advantages and disadvantages of all. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I have received from them. I will only buy my cars from them from now on. Thanks again for a great experience. more
