The best service!! 11/24/2011

I took my Nissan Xterra in for service having never been to Commonwealth before. The service was great and they took the time to explain what I needed done and didn't try to sell me anything additional that I did not need. The waiting rooms are comfortable and clean with lots of options of where to sit depending on if you want to watch tv or use wifi. The bathrooms are extremely clean and everyone was great! I worked with Sean and Fred. This is now my new dealership for service of my Xterra and when I am in the market for a new car I will be heading to Commonwealth Motors! I highly recommend this dealership and with it's close proximity to RT495 it is also extremely easy to get to!! more

Shop Them Last and You Will Be Pleased 11/24/2011

I had an amazing experience going to Commonwealth Dealership. I shopped them last and I am pleased for doing so. I dealt with other dealerships looking for a new VW Jetta and had awful experience. Lawerence Commonwealth is very professional and helpful without feeling pressured into buying. Nick was amazing to work with. Best dealer I have every worked with. Spectacular Service!!!! 11/14/2011

I just got my car serviced today at Commonwealth Honda. They are excellent mechanics and have such nice employees. They even offer a shuttle service, they brought me all the way to the far end of lowell and even picked me up. The prices are very fair and I highly recommend going to Commonwealth Honda! more

Excellent Service Experience 11/9/2011

I recently utilized the Express Service at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence where I did not schedule a formal service appointment for an oil change and tire rotate. This was my 3rd visit for this type of service and I was even more impressed than from my previous visits. I was professionally greeted upon arrival by ""Charles Tsoukaris"". The Service Advisor also honored the discounted oil change coupon that I had. Total service was less than 1 hour which was quicker than expected. I was extremely pleased with the dealership for it's cleanliness, ease of entry/departure and overall professionalism displayed by Charles T. I will certainly be returning for future service work at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence and will also be planning to make my next new car purchase at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence. more

Commonwealth VW is the best! 11/8/2011

I recently bought a new Jetta TDI from Cory Faro at Commonwealth VW. I was trading in my Jetta that I bought a couple years ago for the automatic TDI model. I was very limited as for what I could afford, and the sales department did everything possible to get me into the car I loved. I recommend Commonwealth to anyone I know looking to buy a car. more

Great experience 11/5/2011

I came in last week for a Honda Accord lease deal they had posted online. I called ahead and talked to Paula, she was very helpful answering my questions. Then once I came in they had sold all of the Accords the day before but helped me find a new Civic EX that was actually a better fit. Ended up spending a little bit more but loving the new features and definitely made the right choice. Gary was very helpful and worked hard to make sure I was happy. The plus to the lease, too, was that they returned my old plates, got the new ones, did the inspection, taxes, etc. Saved me some hassle and got me in a nice, new safe car, right away. I would definitely recommend them. more

Great place to buy a new car! 11/1/2011

I had a great experience at Commonwealth. My girlfirend had purchased her car there, and recommended it to me. Now, I can see why. They were very helpful both before and after my purchase. The important thing to me is that they treat you right AFTER you make the purchase, and so far, they are exceeding my expectations. Ask for Vladimir Lopez, he has been a great help to me and definitely a salesperson I look forward to doing business again with in the future. more

After shopping around for used Jettas at many other dealers in the Boston area I finally was referred to Commonwealth VW. I found the perfect NEW Jetta for the lowest price around. I was more than satisfied with the service at Commonwealth and would certainly recommend Commonwealth VW to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!! more

We have purchased many autos in our lifetime and I must say Commonwealth Kia has been the best. Everyone was so helpful and there was never any pressure to buy. I didn't get millions of calls while we were in the decision process. Our salesperson Bob McMahon was the best. Will be definitely going back for the next car purchase. more

Fast, Easy, Friendly 10/10/2011

I bought my car here just over a year ago. I use them for all of my service. Won't go anywhere else. They are always fast and friendly, prices are good, and I love the consistency. They know me and my car and keep a complete history. As soon as I pull in they know who I am and know the history on my car. They are also very thorough in explaining everything, and I've never felt like they were just trying to sell more services that I didn't need. Oh yeah, and they've always got good movies playing in the waiting room! :) more
