Great Customer Service 1/7/2011

Recently I visited Commonwealth VW and spoke with a friendly Salesman named Jeff, He WOWed me from the start. Jeff took the time to listen to me and what I was interested in. He then took the time in the freezing cold to show me a couple of the cars I was looking at. After earning my trust he recommended the VW CC to me. I took this for a drive and fell in love with it. It was fast, comfortable and stylish. Jeff took me through the number process and introduced me to his manager. Once we decided on a fair price I had told the sales manager that I was a little pressed for time. I have never had a dealership respond to my needs so much. The sales manager and Jeff got me through to finance and out very quickly. The delivery went well and they ensured the car was pristine before I picked it up. I would recommend anyone to buy from Commonwealth. I am 29 years old and have owned over 40 cars. more than 5 new and have never had this type of treatment at a dealership before.Thank you Jeff and Thank you Commonwealth. more

Great Service! 1/5/2011

I went into Commonwealth for an oil change on New Year's Eve and was pleasantly surprised to get quick service without an appointment. The waiting room was inviting with a large flat screen, plenty of chairs and coffee and cookies to enjoy while you wait. I sat and watched as workers quickly and efficiently did oil changes and repaired vehicles. The price was reasonable and felt confident that the job was being done right. I was unsure when I walked in, but was pleasantly surprised and will be back again in the near future. more

I have given this rating because Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence has provided quality sales & service to me for over 20 years. This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. They consistently beat the prices of all other dealerships more

I love my new sportwagen 12/26/2010

I love my new Jetta Sportwagen. I went into Commonwealth with a quote from another dealer and they matched it. I had my little red wagon for Christmas!!! Jeff was an awesome sales representative. Jim was an awesome manager. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and courteous. I will recommend them to everyone. more

Great Experience at Commonwealth Motors A+ 12/19/2010

We go to Commonwealth Honda for years now for our regular service and car maintenance/repair issues. We always receive a great service and the staff is always very friendly and nice. We have purchased some of our vehicles there too and got great price and they delivered on their promisses. Highly recommended more

Great place to purchase your Honda 12/8/2010

I have purchased 2 Hondas from Commonwealth Motors and will purchase a new one hopefully this summer. One of the reasons why I purchase my vehicles there is because of the service. It is outstanding. The men and women do a fabulous job, are always kind and courteous, call when they are suppose to, and the mechanics always seem to be able to figure out whatever problem my car is having, which are not many anyway because it is a Honda. I would recommend Commonwealth Motors to anyone. It is a short trip from where I live, but I would travel a distance to purchase and service my vehicle there. more

Every worker at Commonwealth Honda is friendly, sincere, and helpful. This was my second car from Commonwealth in a year and both times they were eager to get me into a car because they knew I needed it, not because they were pushing the sale. Buying a New Honda 11/27/2010

I went to buy a brand new Honda in November 2010. I was looking at a Honda Civic. I decided to buy a Honda Accord 2011. The sales manager was great. They gave me the best price for my trade in and also received a great price on buying the new vehicle. I was treated very fair and was very satisfied with the deal I received. This was the best experience I have had when buying a new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a vehicle. My salesman was great also. He was so informative on the vehicle. I have had my car for 3 weeks now and love it. more

Automobile dealership 11/17/2010

This is the second time we have purchased a Honda Accord from Commwealth Motors and both times we have dealt with salesperson Malcom Price. He is extremely knowledgable about the products that are offered. Both times he was peasurable to work with and give us his complete attention while we made our decision. Would recomend Malcom highly to others who go to Commonwealth Honda. more

No hassle purchase 11/14/2010

I just purchased a new Honda Pilot and I'm very happy with my experience at Commonwealth Motors. My salesman, Franklyn, was very helpful and never made me feel like I was being pressured to purchase the car. I did my research and got a good deal without any hassles. I really appreciated the fact that I was not stuck at the dealership for hours trying to negotiate a deal. I have purchased other cars from Commonwealth in the past and have always had a pleasant experience. more

First Purchased at Commonwealth Motors was Great 11/9/2010

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado recently. The dealership was great to work with. I shopped arround using the internet quote system that the dealers have and was very impressed by the service at Commonwealth Motors. Ed Long, the Internet Sales Manager, was great. He was very responsive, which was not the case at most of the other dealers. I got a great truck at a good price. more

The Buying Experience!!! 11/7/2010

Lance took us by the hand and walked us through the whole process.Andre got us a great finance rate and an awesome trade in value.Robert has every accesory available at his fingertips and was very patient going through them with us.Alfredo was there for me when I picked up my shiny new vehicle and he was awesome.He showed me how to work all my new gagets. I liked my experience so much I brought my best friend the next day so she can find her dream car too!!! more

2011 Sorento 10/26/2010

Couldn't ask for a better group of people from which to buy a car. We went just looking at the Kia Sorento, but were not quite ready to buy. We explained what we were looking for and the monthly payment range we needed to be in. Mike took the time to walk us around and look at several models. We knew exactly the features we wanted included in the vehicle. However, we only found one that had everything and in a color that we really liked. more
