Commwealth Motors Honda Service Department is very flexible and accomodating. You can either make an appointment or drive in for service. The service advisor (Michael) explained what the service entailed & cost when I dropped my car off, so you know what to expect from your service. The service area is very clean. The service advisors are very knowledgable and provide you with the expectations of your visit up front. When the advisor (Michael)called me to let me know my car was ready for pickup, he outlined everything that was done on my car and also reminded me of the cost. more

great place 10/14/2010

the service department was friendly and helpful. at one point i told them about an issue with the stearing and they looked up the car and found there was a recall for a part that had to do with it and helped me with what i needed to do. only real issue i had was the price board was a little confusing but it wasnt too bad more

Friendly and Helpful Sales 10/6/2010

I recently returned for the 2nd time to Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence MA when I was looking to purchase a new car. I had purchased a new Chevy in 2005 and was looking for something new with a little more room and decided to try out KIA. Meet with Ivan who was very nice and helpful in finding the right features that fit our price range so we could keep the payments amount in the range we needed. The staff was very helpful, accepted my Chevy as a trade in and I was able to pick up my new KIA Sorento the next day! more

Great buying experience 9/29/2010

My wife and I recently purchased a 2O11 Honda Pilot LX from Commonwealth Motors. Our salesman Paul and the sales manager Andre were very helpful and knowledgeable. After shopping several area dealerships Commonwealth Motors was the only dealership in the area could provide us with the color choice that we specified. This is our 6th vehicle purchase from Commonwealth and we are very happy with the vehicle, customer service, and price. We will continue to be loyal Commonwealth customers. more

Geat experience buying at Commonwealth Honda! Jeff Donahue, Joe, and Kim were all excellent to work with! They took a painful process and made it nice and easy! Overall Fantastic Experience, Again! 9/6/2010

This is the second vehicle that I have leased with Commonweath Honda. I upgraded from a Civic Coupe to a 2010 Honda CR-V. Price was very resonable. I absolutely love the vehicle and may purchase this one outright early. Honda's offer terrific reliability and durability. My experience again with Commonwealth Honda was easy and efficient. Everyone there that I dealt with was very pleasant and positive. I would not hesitate to go back to them for future purchases and their service center. I highly recommend this dealership! more

Commonwealth Honda 8/31/2010

I just got my Honda CR-V serviced at Commonwealth Honda right off 495. I did not have an appointment and was able to use their Express Oil Change!!! I loved it, they were fast and very customer orientated! Charlie was great, would recommend to anyone needing service in the Lawrence area. Every 5,000 miles I will be bringing my car here for service. more

We purchased our SUV about a month ago from Commonwealth Motors. The entire process left us with a feeling of being in complete control. No pressure,no mistakes, reasonable negotiations and attention to details. A+ Customer Service 8/24/2010

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and state inspection with no previous appointment set. I was expecting to wait awhile for the services, especially since they were not expecting me. The staff estimated the wait to be approximately an hour and less than a half hour later my car was ready. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services more

Commonwealth Honda 8/24/2010

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Commonwealth and once again we made the right choice. Jeff Donahue has sold us both our vehicles. He makes the process simple and without ""what can we do to sell you a car today"" speech. As far as price they went the lowest in the shortest amount of time without all the back and forth. They gave me a great price for my trade without seeing it. When I did bring the trade in they honored their initial appraisal (sight unseen) without question. I would go back again. more

He gave us breathing room, but was there with answers to all of our questions. We were thrilled to be Mike's first sale! He will go far in this business. more

The service department is second to none. the staff is very friendly and professional. The schedulijng is a piece of cake. Wait time is as expected. Prices are competitive. There is a free shuttle, if needed. The wait area is awesome...televisions, coffee, cookies! more

I recently had routine service to my Honda odyssey and the online scheduling was easy with numerous times available. Service department was great, with an accurate wait time that was short. I've serviced my vehicle here numerous times and each experience has been pleasurable. I will continue to have service performed at commonwealth motors. more
