Commonwealth Honda - Lawrence, MA 8/15/2010

We were dreading the prospect of walking into dealerships to purchase a new car so instead we contacted eight dealerships and told them we would like to send over an email with our requirements, CRV-EX-L 4WD with Nav, color etc and asked them to return their absolute best price. Needless to say, Commonwealth came in with the best price. When we went in to sign papers we were greeted by Mike Simon who was very friendly, courteous,and knowledgeable. He took us for a test drive and explained all the features of the car. The purchasing process was quick and easy, a no pressure, no hassel experience. We were very impressed with the entire process from the time we walked through the door until the last of the paperwork was signed (Sean Brown). more

Great sales and service @ Commonwealth Honda 8/6/2010

I was in the market for a new car, and the people @ Commonwealth Honda treated me great. They gave me a great price for the car I WANTED and gave me more money for my trade-in than all the other dealerships. The staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. The purchasing process was quick and easy, and I am glad that I went to Commonwealth Honda for my purchase. more

Great Service 8/4/2010

I have bought two Hondas from the dealership, and do all my car services there. I have never had a bad experience, or uncourteous service staff. The hours are great too, and no appointments needed. Free shuttle rides to and from home when the car is being serviced. Highly recommended if you live in the area. more

HONDA CIVIC PURCHASED TODAY 8/2/2010

I purchased a new Honda Civic today from Commonwealth Motors Honda in Lawrence Ma. I worked with Malcolm (sales) Joe (manager) Bob (finance). Malcolm and Bob were both great....very accommodating and patient...Joe beat the price a Honda competitor had given me immediately and without haggling......I would buy from them again and would reccommend Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence Ma to everyone. Just bought a 2010 VW Tiguan at Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence-Class Act Operation! My Rep Nick Tziolis went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted. Spent some time in and around the various showrooms -very professional, and while in the customer service lounge area I watched a movie on their flat screen tv-cool! Overheard customers talking about how convenient their ""taxi"" service was for folks who had to get to work while their cars were being serviced. good deal on oil change 7/29/2010

bought a car from Masshole because it is easier to get to during commute from NH than the local NH dealer. They were very good to me and gave me a free oil change and extra sets of keys with the car purchase. The car is very nice and too small to be detected on radar. Highly recommand these guys. My husband and I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence, MA. We had shopped around at other dealerships beforehand but we were glad we listened to Commonwealth's ""Shop us last"" moto - we had a fantastic experience! Great experience at Commonwealth Motors 7/9/2010

I had shopped around before going to Commonwealth and there was a big difference in customer service, price & overall experience. Keith & Shaun both took the time to answer all my questions and made a typically frustrating experience quite enjoyable. As a single woman, I had done my homework when researching cars, but was treated quite differently at other dealerships. Great Experience at Commonwealth Honda 6/27/2010

My wife and I had decided on purchasing a Honda Civic. We visited a few Honda dealers in the area where we received bottom line quotes from numerous sales representatives. Not happy with what we were hearing, I recalled driving past Commonwealth Honda on my way to and from work and decided that we should give it a try. I completed an online inquiry on the Commonwealth Honda web page and received a call from Craig Clarke within a few hours. He quoted me a price that was significantly better than the other dealers. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Kimberly Daher who introduced us to sales rep Jeff Donahue. Jeff took us out for a test drive and proved to be extremely knowledgeable when it came to the Honda product. We then sat down with Jeff and hammered out a great deal which included receiving top dollar for my 1998 Honda trade-in. My wife rang the bell and we were on our way! Next we met with Robert Florent and Sean Brown who explained our security system, extended warranty, and financial options. This part was always a high-pressure experience with other dealers but I found both gentlemen to be friendly and honest. I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle after my other car was getting too expensive to repair, and my boyfriend's family has always gone to Commonwealth Motors, and after my experience there, I see why. We made an appointment to stop by and we were taken care of right away. We met a car dealer named Gary and he was wonderful. I knew what kind of car I wanted and he didn't try to con me or leave out any useful information. With my interest in a Honda CRV, he was very attentive and answered all of my questions without taking advantage of me. Gary was very honest with me and he really made sure to go over every single detail with me until I was comfortable. This was only my second time purchasing a car and the first time was from a sleeze ball and Gary and Commonwealth Motors definitely made it a pleasurable experience for me this time around. Completely Satisfied with Upfront pricing and No Games 6/6/2010

I had been looking for a new car. I visited a number of dealers; I called each dealer beforehand. Most would not discuss what sort of deal they could be willing to make up front. I called up Commonwealth Motors and talked to a gentleman named Craig ( or is it Greg) Clarke, who told me the absolute lowest price they would be willing to offer me. I was surprised to find that the cost was less than the at cost price you see at most online research websites for the trim of the vehicle I purchased ( Honda Civic 4 dr Sedan, auto, VP). To my surprise I did not complete the deal with Clarke, but with a salesperson, Luis Cruz. Luis was probably not to happy that I had gotten a quote for that specific trim from Clarke, but I think it's the separation of the Salesperson that allowed me to negotiate a deal that I was happy with in the end. Luis helped with the sale of course, taking me for a test drive and answering my questions regarding maintenance. Hopefully I will not have to purchase another car soon, but the next time I do so I will give commonwealth motors serious consideration, if they remain upfront about how much they'll charge for a vehicle. I've had my car for just over a month, and I'm completely satisfied! Pros: No Games, Good Price, Excellent Service Cons: none yet. more

I dropped my car in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. saved my time. shuttle bus service is convenient. Waiting room is clean with TV, magazine, coffee and refreshment. Service is friendly. Explanation of the problem and the cost is clear. Price is reasonable. Would come for more service. Would recommend to friends. Pros: friendly service, reasonable price more

I recently had my car serviced at Commonwealth. It was a great experience, as always. My 2 boys, ages 6 & 4, actually enjoy going with me. They are excited to play in the waiting room with the toys, and there is always a family friendly movie showing. Pros: clean, neat, friendly service Cons: not many more

My Commonwealth Experience! 5/29/2010

I love my new Honda Fit! Funny thing was that I didn't even go into Commonwealth to buy a new car, but after shopping other dealerships I realized I could buy brand new for the same as used . I strike a hard bargain, but Lance,my salesman was very patient with me. In the end I happily drove out not spending one dime more than I had planned from the beginning. That is not true of other places, for one place tried to sell me a car with 9000 miles as brand new! So, I am a happy camper! I was able to buy the Tahoe that my wife wanted at a price that was fair - with no hassles and no surprises.
