Be Great If the Product Worked 3/11/2015

I went to Chem-Dry of Seattle when I realized there was a dog smell inhabiting two rooms of my house. Unfortunately, after calling them, the smell is gone in one room but remains in another. I haven't gotten around to calling them just yet to come back but I hope that if they do, they will be able to remove the smell. Aside from that, I did like them. They were able to come to my house while I wasn't there, and the prices were competitive in comparison to replacing the carpets. more

Very positive experience 8/14/2014

This was my first time using Chem-Dry of Seattle and overall it was a good experience. I had some wool area rugs done, a runner by the front door, and also some leather chairs. The cleaning on the rugs was very nice. Don helped me. He was very easy to talk to, and we actually had a lot in common in terms of art preferences, so everything went well. I would continue to use their services. more

Very quick and professional 7/2/2014

Chem-Dry of Seattle did did a normal biannual cleaning and then my friend moved in for a short time with a dog that had issues with adjusting to living in a house and using the bathroom outside. He piddled all over the carpet and, every time, we called Chem-Dry for spot removal. They were very quick and got it all out. They were just really nice and made it easy to do business with them. I think Chem-Dry of Seattle is very good. Don was my cleaner and he was just excellent. He was wonderful and very informative. He went over spots a number of times. A few didn't come out, but they were permanent stains on a very old carpet. He tried his best to make it perfect. I've been a repeat customer for almost 20 years, and everyone is always excellent. If there is ever a problem where they need to come back, they do it with a good attitude. I'm also impressed that there is no chemical smell. I never get a headache, or feel residual dust or anything. more

I had a very good experience with 5-Star Chem Dry. They showed up on time, and virtually resurrected a Berber carpet that my poor suffering-from-kitty-dementia cat had urinated on for the last few months of his life. I wasn't sure that the carpeting could be saved, but they pulled it off. Well done! more

Excellent service! 4/29/2014

I used Chem-Dry of Seattle for the first time. In the beginning it seemed like it was a lot of money. I'd had my carpets cleaned before, but cleaned in a different way. Once Don explained everything he was doing, then I understood the difference. The job he did was really excellent, and the value was definitely there. I was extremely pleased and delighted with the results! My friend, who recommended Chem-Dry, recommended I use Don. I waited to have an appointment with him, and I'm glad I did. He's very knowledgeable about the products and what they do. He gave me a lot of information, which made me very comfortable. I really appreciated the whole experience! I definitely plan to continue using Don and Chem-Dry of Seattle! more

The guy from Chem-Dry of Seattle was very cheerful, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My carpet is old and he couldn't get all the stains out but he did his best. He even gave me suggestions on other areas that could be treated, like my furniture, etc. He's a pretty good guy, and a good worker. more

Carpet looks like new again! 4/4/2014

I've used Chem-Dry of Seattle ever since I got this carpet. With two golden retrievers and people in and out a lot, Chem-Dry did a great job making my carpet and furniture look new. The technician was fun, informative, and he got along really well with my dog. When he came back to do the furniture he took a look at the walking area and said "I'm gonna hit that again real quick." He did a great job and it looks so nice! Beth, the person I called, was really friendly. They try to accommodate you on the days that you want them to come. I had a narrow window of time to get the cleaning done and they really worked with my schedule. more

My experience with Chem-Dry of Seattle was good overall but they were a bit expensive. It was a good job, they were prompt, on-time and did everything in a professional manner. I just didn't expect the prices to be what they were and they tried to talk me into buying more of their cleaning services which I wasn't interested in. Overall they are a great company and I would recommend them to anybody else in the area in need of a cleaning service to be performed. Fast, courteous and done right! 3/12/2014

There was a bit of confusion when we used Chem-Dry of Seattle. We had a voucher for service, but we called the wrong company. Don showed up and asked how we wanted to pay, so we had to call the home office to see what the confusion was. They ended up giving us a good price that was comparable with the voucher we had. He cleaned the carpets through the whole house very thoroughly, and he actually covered more square footage than we thought he would. He was very courteous, and he was on time. He was done by the time he said he would be, and the carpets look great! He explained what we would be getting without delivering a high-pressure sale, which was really nice. more
