I used Chem-Dry of Seattle for the first time. In the beginning it seemed like it was a lot of money. I'd had my carpets cleaned before, but cleaned in a different way. Once Don explained everything he was doing, then I understood the difference. The job he did was really excellent, and the value was definitely there. I was extremely pleased and delighted with the results!
My friend, who recommended Chem-Dry, recommended I use Don. I waited to have an appointment with him, and I'm glad I did. He's very knowledgeable about the products and what they do. He gave me a lot of information, which made me very comfortable. I really appreciated the whole experience! I definitely plan to continue using Don and Chem-Dry of Seattle!
