Chem-Dry of Seattle cleaned the rug that was really old, thoroughly dirty with red stains and an outdoor carpet. It all turned out as good as could be expected. They were on-time, friendly, and did a good job. more

Could have been more thorough. 2/5/2014

I've used Chem-Dry in other cities to do my carpets and they do it in a different way. They spent more time doing areas that were dirty and I didn't see that much of that. There were areas that I didn't think they paid much attention to. I don't know how they do things here but they weren't as thorough as I've had with Chem-Dry before. Happy 2/3/2014

Chem-Dry of Seattle cleaned some rugs and I needed them done quickly because I was changing over apartments. They came right away, did the job, accommodated me, and I was happy with that. more

I love Chem-Dry of Seattle! I think they're the best company ever. I am not one to do surveys or reviews, but I think I could really be their spokesperson considering that I tell the whole world about this company! I moved into a new condo in Seattle, and I was originally going to get all new carpeting for it, but before I spent a fortune on that, a friend recommended that I call Chem-Dry to see if they could clean it up. I called them, and they were able to send Don out in no time at all. He was absolutely excellent. He was very professional and did a quick, beautiful job. The carpet looks like it's brand new! It sure beat buying a whole new carpet. It was perfect for what I needed, and I was really impressed. I've had many homes and worked with many carpet cleaners throughout the country, and I have never had such a fabulous job as I've had with Chem-Dry of Seattle. I will not hesitate to continue recommending this company. more

The results could possibly have been better. 12/20/2013

I thought the professionalism of Chem-Dry of Seattle was really quite good, but after everything dried, I wasn't too pleased with the results. I don't know if the results could have been better, because we have a sofa from the 50s. When the man was cleaning it, he said it would come out light-colored and sparkling. Once it dried, though, it was the same color. I am pleased he got the mildew out. more

The person from Chem-Dry of Seattle who came out to clean all of our carpeting was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail what the process was, as well as what we could expect. He cleaned the carpet through the whole house, applied some stain protector, and gave us advice on cleaning our upholstery. more

A really good job! 11/20/2013

I used Chem-Dry of Seattle for the first time, and my carpet looks so much better. It was kind of expensive, but it was good and got most of the spots up from my carpet. I think in another six months I'm going to save up to do it again. Usually I shampoo my own carpet, but I haven't been able to lately. While I might use another company in the future to try another option, right now I choose Chem-Dry. I can't have the carpet really wet because I have asthma, but they didn't make it too wet. It dried in about two hours. They also didn't use any products I am allergic to, and the carpet looks cleaner. It looks 100 percent better. more

Everything looks fantastic! I loved the technician that came out from Chem-Dry of Seattle. He was very warm and friendly. It was clear that he loves what he does. He was able to offer advice to us as to the type of carpet to get to re-carpeted in our upstairs. I had used them before about almost three years ago. I absolutely recommend them. I think that, quite honestly, the name Chem-Dry scares people, especially being in the Seattle area. People immediately think it's toxic chemicals that they're using. They don't understand that all the products they use, at least in our house, are all-natural and safe for our pets and children. more

I was very happy with Chem-Dry of Seattle. Don did a great job. He cleaned some of our leather furniture and some rugs. Some of these pieces were quite old, and he took good care of them. He was quick with the work as well. There was a white rug that needed specialized cleaning, so Don recommend another place that could do the job. I thought that was rather nice and mature of him. Things turned out way better than I had expected. I was very pleased. more

We're in the process of moving. The carpeting on the stairs was very, very dirty. The realtor suggested that I get it cleaned and recommended Chem-Dry. The service really was like a miracle! If I were going to buy the house before the cleaning, I would've walked in and thought I'd have to have the carpet replaced right away. more

Don Ooberman cleaned my apartment carpets today. He was punctual, friendly, and offered carpet cleaning with discounts! My carpet was filthy with coffee stains, wine spills, cat hair, and wax spills. He catered to all my requests (especially since many of the stains were not my fault) and did a great job. I plan on hiring him again! more

Chem-Dry of Seattle did a fine job the first time they came, which was about a week and a half ago. There were some spots that returned and he came back and we're very happy. He was very informative about the causes of certain stains. We learned a lot from him about taking care of the carpet. more

We've all had our carpets cleaned before, so there might not be much to say about a business like this. Chem-Dry of Seattle is conveniently located, though. They were also very professional when I dealt with them, which makes them stand out a bit. In fact, I've already decided that I will use Chem-Dry again the next time I need a cleaning. more
