Tried and True 1/31/2011

I have been a customer of Chem-Dry for many years, as I have a household run by three dogs, and my carpet has served as a place of "target practice" for quite some time. Solomon has been the technician for my icky carpet for the past few years, and his kind and gentle demeanor, as well as his professionalism and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by me. And I love the fact that this is an all-natural cleaning method: I can come home and there are no fumes to deal with, and no worry about my dogs absorbing chemicals through their paws. I will continue to use Chem-Dry, and definitely recommend them to everyone! more

This has been a great experience! Technician was very polite and informative. He explained the truckmounted system clearly and went to work on my carpets (very,very dirty carpets) and got everything out. We have cats and one likes to spray, he used a pet urine remover that got rid of the odor for good. Thanks, and Great job. more

Quick response and excellent service. Would definitely recommend. 1/6/2011

A major water leak is always upsetting, and emotions tend to run high until the situation is under control. Tim was fast, efficient, easy to deal with, and a very calming influence. He explained what he found during his initial inspection and how he was going to deal with, and then quickly set up his gear. He was cheerful and entertaining as well. He also called, even if he was going to be just a few minutes late. When the drywall repair person came to replace the water damaged ceiling, he commented on how thoroughly the area had been dried and said whoever did it really did a great job. I would recommend Chem-Dry of Seattle to anyone. more

Highly recommended. 12/15/2010

I've been using Chem Dry of Seattle for many years and they've always done a good job. They do carpet cleaning for me and they spot everything and clean it. It's amazing how fast they do it. My carpet is old, too, but it looks good. They also are in this area, and I like to use local merchants. I like to keep a good thing going. I highly recommend them and I would tell others to try them, too. more

They are fabulous. 12/14/2010

It does not matter what kind of stain I have, they will either get it out or they will tell me what is possible and what to expect. And, whatever they tell me is exactly what happens. The building manager before me said I could change any vendor but not Chem Dry, and I have not needed to. We use them 5 or 6 times a year, and we have used them for at least 10 years now. Thorough and Professional 4/7/2010

I had gotten three bids and theirs was competitive. I like the ""dries quickly"" thing especially in this part of the country. Don't call them if you want a quick job though, They were careful getting the equipment in and out and even put on booties over their shoes. My 4 year old carpet looked like new. This was its first cleaning since installed. Pros: On time, Zero pressure, Carpet Looked Great Cons: Took longer than I expected more

The only place I will let clean my carpets 6/10/2009

I have tried other carpet cleaners in the past and always been disappointed. Spots coming back right away and carpets being left so wet that I couldn't even walk on them. Chem Dry uses these circular pads with a machine that works wonders. The carpets are very clean and not very wet afterwards. Best of all, they do not reak of chemicals. Highly recommended. Pros: They do not use a ton of water and leave carpets soaking Cons: can't think of any more

Timely, helpful and didn't try to gouge me even though I was in dire straits; Chem-Dry of Seattle and specifically Mary, were very helpful. They got the carpets in my apartment building looking livable again and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Pros: Timely, not too expensive, helpful more
