My experience dealing with Chem-Dry of Seattle was businesslike. The cleaners were thorough and did a good enough job with the work, cleaning the carpets throughout our home and some upholstered chairs. more

I moved in with a friend who has a dog, and we had some accidents in the new home! Chem-Dry of Seattle came to us on time and did a really, REALLY great job cleaning the spots. In the following weeks, we had a couple more accidents. Bless their hearts, Chem-Dry squeezed us in and helped us out again. They gave us a lower spot-cleaning price, making it all more affordable. I was a little surprised because it appeared that I was charged the same amount for an apartment as I would be for a larger house. I've had other Chem-Dry people come out and they roughly measure the square footage in the apartment and tell me what it's going to cost. This fellow seemed to have three prices depending on how many additional cleaners he was going to use. There was a straight cleaning, extra protection, and a third option. It was only later that I realized the difference there. He was cleaning a small amount in a totally empty bedroom, then a little more in a living room and a hallway. I was very pleased with the cleaning. I just had a question later to myself about the price. Whenever I have had various Chem-Dry cleaners they have always been quite satisfactory. They are professional and on time, come when say they will, and it seems to me that they always do a good job. The fellows are quite professional and very pleasant. I would certainly recommend them. This particular cleaner was also very good very pleasant. I reflected later that he must have been a very good salesman as well because he convinced me I needed my leather chair cleaned, which cost more than having the apartment cleaned. I probably didn't need it, but he was effective. The company probably really appreciates him. more

I thought it was incredibly expensive. Things kept getting upgraded and changed around until I couldn't stand to listen to it anymore and just said go ahead. Than again, I didn't feel it was that much different from other carpet cleaners. Chem-Dry have done the hallways and the traffic areas. They did it perfectly. It was a mess before. I've found they are just the best there is. I love that they don't leave the floor soaking wet. I have had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry of Seattle. Don was here yesterday and he cleaned my carpets and my brown chair. He is professional, knowledgeable, and he is a triplet. My cat is handicapped and does not always make it to the litter box, so the carpet needed cleaning. Don was able to bring his blue light up and show me where the urine stains were. He had to use extra solution to lift those stains, but the carpet turned out very well. He also gave me helpful hints on how to protect the carpet. It's not all quite dry yet, which I understand, as it has only been 24 hours since the service. As soon as the carpet is dry, I will be putting the furniture back in its place. As for the chair, my cat has gray hair and the chair looked gray from all the hair on it. Don was able to remove the hair and clean it. It looks brown again! He did a great job. more

I really appreciate Chem-Dry of Seattle's services. The staff is very nice and explained all the options available. They cleaned a sofa and love seat which had not been cleaned for 6 years, making them look decent before I donated them. They also cleaned my carpets and did a good job. They were honest about not being able to get a stain out of an area rug, which I got rid of, and cleaned the place where it was so that you couldn't tell it had been there at all. Unlike a wet cleaning service, my carpets only took a few hours to dry. I had used them several years ago and they still had me in their files, which was nice. They sent me a thank you note for using their services and that really stuck in my head as good customer service. I would use them again and recommend them. more

Professional work on my older carpet made it look great, pet spots removed, and smelling great. The process uses safe products for humans and pets (a big concern of mine). The technician was very knowledgeable on Healthy Home issues, was pleasant and respectful, and worked efficiently in the cleaning process. I am very pleased with the results. The cost is a bit higher than carpet cleaners I have used in the past, but I feel it is worth the price because of the higher quality of the cleaning results, the non toxic products, and the fact that my carpet pad is not left saturated. I will only use Chem Dry from now on. more

Very expensive and bad job they charged me $200 for 2 bottles of liquid for eliminated the bad smell of pe of the carpet and was lie. the carpet is the same and the smell worse and He told me if they charged me $180 just to show up I paid $ 300 for nothing please never call this company and my apartment is very small\r more
