I really appreciate Chem-Dry of Seattle's services. The staff is very nice and explained all the options available. They cleaned a sofa and love seat which had not been cleaned for 6 years, making them look decent before I donated them. They also cleaned my carpets and did a good job. They were honest about not being able to get a stain out of an area rug, which I got rid of, and cleaned the place where it was so that you couldn't tell it had been there at all. Unlike a wet cleaning service, my carpets only took a few hours to dry. I had used them several years ago and they still had me in their files, which was nice. They sent me a thank you note for using their services and that really stuck in my head as good customer service. I would use them again and recommend them.
