I have had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry of Seattle. Don was here yesterday and he cleaned my carpets and my brown chair. He is professional, knowledgeable, and he is a triplet.
My cat is handicapped and does not always make it to the litter box, so the carpet needed cleaning. Don was able to bring his blue light up and show me where the urine stains were. He had to use extra solution to lift those stains, but the carpet turned out very well. He also gave me helpful hints on how to protect the carpet. It's not all quite dry yet, which I understand, as it has only been 24 hours since the service. As soon as the carpet is dry, I will be putting the furniture back in its place.
As for the chair, my cat has gray hair and the chair looked gray from all the hair on it. Don was able to remove the hair and clean it. It looks brown again! He did a great job.
