I only use ChemDry of Seattle to clean my carpets. They are easy to work with, professional, thorough and do an amazing job. In particular, a shout out for Rick, who cleaned the carpets in our house today. Best technician we've ever had. Arrived early, was incredibly thorough on stain removal (we have a 50 pound puppy and a muddy back yard) and my carpets have never looked better. 5 stars all the way around. more

excellent job, service, everything 9/8/2011

I have a couch that was so badly stained I considered throwing it out. Chem-Dry was able to clean it so it looks like new, in less than an hour, and with no chemical smell or danger to pets. They were professional, courteous and on time. They asked if I had a coupon for $20 off the cleaning then helped me find one in the Yellow Pages when I said I didn't have one. The price was a lot less than other cleaners in the Seattle area. I'm very happy to have used their service and will recommend it. more

Great job By Tim & crew 7/26/2011

My carpet was beyond dirty and my expectations were low however I now have a much cleaner carpet and I'm not worried abbot visitors seeing it's sorry state. furs guys were awesome. On time, friendly both to my son and dogs and with out a doubt performed way beyond what they could have. Can't say enough good things more

Rental House Rugs Renewed! 7/14/2011

We have pretty nice carpet in our rental house and it has stood the test of time until our last tenants. When they left, it looked pretty beat up up with spots all over, and a few we were not sure would come out. Chem Dry did an analysis of what was needed and we got the full treatment. The results were amazing! Looked like new and saved us probably $2500 in new carpeting. Even my husband, who is a real stickler about the condition of the rental house, was super satisfied. more

The best you'll ever see your carpets. 5/25/2011

Chem-Dry of Seattle have been out four or five times to clean my carpets, and I will have them out again. I think they did a better job, with less moisture, than any carpet cleaner I've ever encountered. They are very personable and professional, very considerate of the furniture. Chem-Dry do a perfect job every time and I've had no disappointments. They have a high standard of perfection, with no compromises. Nothing has changed from cleaning to cleaning--it's always the best. Once you have used them you won't use anyone else. more

What a great service, with a smile!!!! 5/21/2011

I had an excellent experience with Tim and Rick cleaning my carpets. They did a great job and the carpets look fabulous! The price was right on the mark and my carpets aren't soaking wet. It also smells clean in here and not like a chemical. They made sure to do a thorough job vacuuming first and taking the time to spot clean. Tim and Rick were also so friendly and kind I wouldn't call anyone else to clean my carpets again! more

Excellent service, great results, completely satisfied 5/10/2011

We had a carpet that we were considering replacing. But wanted one last cleaning before deciding. In the den was a "silly putty" disaster which had been on the floor for five or so years. We thought of cutting it out, and other solutions,but when Don came and looked at it he said he could eliminate the spot. It was as big as a pint jar lid. He did and after the carpet was cleaned, it looked new. We were very impressed. Needless to say we will not be replacing our carpet. Good job!!! more

My carpets have never been cleaner. Why didn't I get this done before? I also had the tile and grout cleaned in my kitchen. What a difference! Tim and Rick were easy to deal with and very professional. Highly recommended. more

Huge job and huge results. 3/23/2011

Not only did Chem-Dry technician Don come in two days ago and do our whole house of carpet upstairs and down with awesome results. The job he did on our stairs was amazing. So friendly and courteous as well. This is the 3rd time we have had Chem-Dry come in and clean carpets and we have always been very pleased with the job they do. Two days later (today) the owner & assistant came and cleaned our stone tile & grout and the grout had not been cleaned since it was installed 15 years ago.FANTASTIC job.Looks like new and Tim is great too.:>) more

We had a very bad dog accident; our dog was very sick on our thick shag carpet. We needed service right away, and Chem-Dry of Seattle was able to squeeze me in within hours. They knew how serious the issue was, and how serious it would be if it went untreated. They were very thorough and efficient, and they went over the whole process. He told me what I should and should not do. He also got the entire stain out; there is not a remnant left. He was very quick, just half an hour and it was done. It was a great experience. J. I've had Don from Chem-Dry of Seattle in to clean my carpet a couple of times. Each time, he's arrived on time and has no problem answering all of my questions. He has an extended knowledge of his line of work and takes time to explain about the various products he uses. I highly recommend their services. I have been very pleased with the results. more

Best Cleaning YET! 2/28/2011

Sullivan provided the BEST carpet cleaning. he took the time without me asking to a little "restorative work". This was merely trimming my loop carpet where it had pulled loose and showing me how to do it. All the spots were CLEANED even better than last time. Thanks Sullivan! more

Best carpet cleaning ever, professional, friendly, honest,informative 2/9/2011

Had an emergency last week, juice was spilled on my two best chairs and newer carpet. I called ChemDry of Seattle and spoke with Beth and she was great at getting me on the schedule for the next day!! The technician who cleaned my chairs and carpet did a fantastic job!! ChemDry has been a great company I have depended on for several years. "My" ChemDry man has worked in my home many times and I request him every time. He has done a great job on my carpets and has also given me very good recommendations for the care of my carpet and furniture. The office staff is also friendly and is interested in seeing that they continue good service to me...and I appreciate that. more
