We had a very bad dog accident; our dog was very sick on our thick shag carpet. We needed service right away, and Chem-Dry of Seattle was able to squeeze me in within hours. They knew how serious the issue was, and how serious it would be if it went untreated.
They were very thorough and efficient, and they went over the whole process. He told me what I should and should not do. He also got the entire stain out; there is not a remnant left. He was very quick, just half an hour and it was done. It was a great experience.
