I was a little surprised because it appeared that I was charged the same amount for an apartment as I would be for a larger house. I've had other Chem-Dry people come out and they roughly measure the square footage in the apartment and tell me what it's going to cost. This fellow seemed to have three prices depending on how many additional cleaners he was going to use. There was a straight cleaning, extra protection, and a third option. It was only later that I realized the difference there.
He was cleaning a small amount in a totally empty bedroom, then a little more in a living room and a hallway. I was very pleased with the cleaning. I just had a question later to myself about the price. Whenever I have had various Chem-Dry cleaners they have always been quite satisfactory. They are professional and on time, come when say they will, and it seems to me that they always do a good job. The fellows are quite professional and very pleasant. I would certainly recommend them.
This particular cleaner was also very good very pleasant. I reflected later that he must have been a very good salesman as well because he convinced me I needed my leather chair cleaned, which cost more than having the apartment cleaned. I probably didn't need it, but he was effective. The company probably really appreciates him.
