I think Chem-Dry of Seattle is very good. Don was my cleaner and he was just excellent. He was wonderful and very informative. He went over spots a number of times. A few didn't come out, but they were permanent stains on a very old carpet. He tried his best to make it perfect.
I've been a repeat customer for almost 20 years, and everyone is always excellent. If there is ever a problem where they need to come back, they do it with a good attitude. I'm also impressed that there is no chemical smell. I never get a headache, or feel residual dust or anything.
