I've used Chem-Dry of Seattle ever since I got this carpet. With two golden retrievers and people in and out a lot, Chem-Dry did a great job making my carpet and furniture look new. The technician was fun, informative, and he got along really well with my dog. When he came back to do the furniture he took a look at the walking area and said "I'm gonna hit that again real quick." He did a great job and it looks so nice!
Beth, the person I called, was really friendly. They try to accommodate you on the days that you want them to come. I had a narrow window of time to get the cleaning done and they really worked with my schedule.
