We were referred to FCC and Chris Sanchez was awesome. He went over everything. There was clear communication throughout the whole experience. They left the car spotless which was a great touch. We picked up the car and it didn't start. Probably due to it sitting for the couple of weeks they worked on it. Within seconds someone came out and jump started it so we could be on our way. Again, they assured us if we had any problems to come back. So far everything is running excellent and no problems. I am very happy with our service. We will be back if we need anything in the future. Hopefully not but in case we do.\r more

Great customer service, excellent work on schedule, competitive pricing. My Ford Focus was damaged by a local vendor who backed into the rear panel and bumper. I requested repair bids from Auto Body Bliss and another local body shop I've used in the past, but selected Auto Body Bliss based on scheduling. They repaired the damaged bumper and panel, and also fixed an unrelated scratch gratis. Auto Body Bliss is responsive to customers and I'd recommend them without hesitation.\r more

FCC Collision Centers did a really good job on our truck. They were very professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with. This was our first time using them and everyone from the estimator to the person who did the actual work was positive and helpful. I am from San Jose CA. last week was hit by another driver who side swiped my car in the parking lot. Not only was this devastating to me but I just lost my job, single parent of two no money for my deductible. I did everything I was suppose to after I was hit and then the insurance was going to send me to a place in Santa Clara, I thought why when I was renting a vehicle next door to FCC it was alto closer to my home. I called and spoke to Robert Enriquez who told me step by step what would happen and told me not to worry we will take good care of you. That's exactly what he did he also informed me of additional repairs needed but guided me through to ease my anxieties and was very professional and seemed he cared of my fears of having to deal with this. I have worked in customer service a very long time and as a customer my self I felt important where I will recommend anyone to this place they made my car look like it did before. I used FCC Collision Center for the first time, and they were very thorough and very detailed. After I had the collision, I was able to get an appointment with them pretty quickly. They offered a tow truck, but I didn't need it. Their location is very close to my house. I worked with Chris, and he was really, really good to work with! He did a thorough review of the car and gave me a quote right away. He worked directly with the claim adjuster to go over the car and make sure everything got fixed. I got the car back within two weeks. They were pretty flexible and easy to work with, and the receptionist out front was really nice. I would say just make sure you know how you're going to be receiving information. I got text messages, which I didn't know I would be getting, and I also got calls. more

FCC Collision Centers took a little longer than expected but that was probably through no fault of their own. I got rear-ended so I took it in. There was a little mix up in the beginning where I was supposed to drop off my car on Monday but they couldn't get a hold of my insurance until Tuesday. But they were on top of everything immediately and very friendly. They kept me updated via text message so I knew where they were at all times so that was really cool. more
