Trust that FCC Collision Centers will do a really great job! 5/25/2011

FCC Collision Centers was on time, and even ahead of schedule. They kept me informed of what was going on throughout the whole process. They were willing to explain everything to me. They also made it so I could reach them anytime I needed to, which I didn't need to, but it was nice knowing they were available to me. Everyone working there is personable and genuinely nice people. They are a reliable group. It seems like an environment where you're not treated like a number in a line, but like they really care about you. The end result looks great! And it's clean too! I am so happy! more

Great service with cost saving alternatives. 5/24/2011

FCC in Mtn. View gave us two options to repair the dents on our 2009 Acadia. One was full body work at FCC and the other was to push out the dents without breaking the paint. Since this was not an insurance job, the push out repair saved us a lot of money and turned out great. Thanks to Raul for giving us the option and being mindful of the cost savings to their customers. more

Responsive and Good customer service 5/19/2011

had a minor repair done on the rear bumper. FCC was very responsive in getting the estimate done quickly, setting up the repair appointment, and explain the process. Looks like the work was done well, so far. Their price is in line with couple other estimates. more

FCC Collision Centers were just awesome. They took care of everything that I needed them to take care of. The guy I worked with was very meticulous when it came to the estimate. In terms of the repairs, he gave me ever detail that I needed to know. It's just an awesome place to go to! more

FCC Collision Centers provided good service. 3/22/2011

Everything was fine with my experience at FCC Collision Centers. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I thought that the service overall was very good. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, when I did go to pick up my car, the technician had forgotten to replace a piece of the car on the bumper. They had to keep my car for another day to fix it. They offered to pay for the gas for my rental since I had to keep it another day. They did fix it and everything turned out really good. I would use them again. more

On time and good service 2/8/2011

I got my front bumper replaced. Got a quick estimate. The representative was knowledgeable. He patiently explained what needs to be fixed and approximate time to repair and the cost. I am really happy with their quick service. They replaced by front bumper within few hours more

It was a great experience and will recommend your shop to my friends and family. Greg Folden did a wonderful job in making sure the car was repaired correctly. Repaint 2004 M3 Laguna Seca Blue 1/28/2011

There are not any words that can describe how I feel about Jason and Greg and the rest of the staff at FCC, they took my car and made it look better than OEM paint work. I had my M3 2004 Laguna Seca Blue repainted completely and the professionalism and courtesy surpasses anything I have had from any other shops I have used in the past. They were very informative and always kept me alert to any delays that were occurring due to normal situation that occur with such a task and they returned my car to me. The most comforting aspect of Jason and Greg was their HONESTY; I cannot tell you how important that was to me and also the quality of the work. I will for sure not go anywhere else should I need to use the services of FCC again and I will for sure recommended this unique paint shop to all of my family and friends as a must go if you are unfortunately involved in an accident and your car needs help. Thank YOU FCC you all are amazing and I will not forget the way you made me feel so welcome more

I was rear-ened and needed bumper to be replaced. They gave me estimate and promised to complete the work in two days. But, thanks to Sheldon, they finished everything the same day! Great service! more
