This was my third time using FCC Collision Center. They've repaired two front bumpers, a rear bumper and a rear lid. The work comes out good, no questions. They do what they promise, and the turn around time is always within the guidelines, or maybe sooner. They do the job properly and point out specifically what needs to be done, what they are going to do, and then they did it. more

They did an outstanding job with the car, better than I expected. They always explained what they were doing so that I would understand. I was told why they had to do everything they did, which was very nice. I trust them. It's been a long time since I received that good of customer service anywhere. more

It was my first time using FCC, and I thought the quality of work was very good. The shop was always clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly, and very detailed in explaining the charges and the work they were going to do. They laid everything out. They told me exactly what was going to happen, when it would happen, and what it would cost. more
