You guys do good work, but do not get it done as fast as you promise! 11/25/2014

FCC Collision Centers does a good job with repairing vehicles, but do not get it done as they promise. I think it is because there is no effort being put in. For instance, I had a part that I needed for my truck to be fixed and I waited about two weeks for it to be shipped. Then, I contacted the parts company and they said the part was available and were able to ship it next day. So, I do not know why they could not get my car done sooner. As a second experience just today, I made an appointment to bring my car, and once I came to the store they told me that it was not a good time; they had made a mistake with my reservation. It was disappointing. Even though they do a good job, once in a while they are a bit short. more

During the repair process I was informed daily by their auto mated message system. Three days later got a call notifying me that my car will be ready for pick up at the end of the day. When I got there It was all washed clean in and out and tires were waxed. more

I can't say enough good things about FCC Collision Center in Milpitas. I needed a window regulator repair on my 2004 Honda Odyssey. They gave me a very competitive quote and scheduled the appointment when it was most convenient for me. When I arrived, Jason greeted me and let me know that they it probably wouldn't take as long. They offered me a ride over to the Great Mall, if I wanted to shop while I waited. The waiting area was clean, lots of current magazines and fresh coffee.\r more

Pretty good overall, but they need to be mindful of the little details. 9/29/2014

FCC Collision Centers fixed my BMW 328i after a collision in a parking lot. They replaced one of my tires that was damaged. Overall, their service was good, but I have a few suggestions. It would have been nice if they cleaned my vehicle before returning it. Most of all, they should have double-checked to make sure they fixed everything before returning it. For instance, they did not remember to reset the computer after the job was finished. I would have also liked it if they followed up with me after the service. Other than that, their work was good. more

They finished up in half the time that they estimated AND even better, came in below the estimate they had given me. I was completely blown away! Everyone from start to finish was friendly and professional. I highly recommend FCC and will continue to use them for any repairs I might need in the future.\r more

The quality of their work was of the highest standard. 9/20/2014

We brought our 1997 Chevy Truck in for damage to our front bumper damage on 9/5/14 and they gave us the estimate of what the parts & labor would be. Then on 9/15/14 we brought the truck in for the repairs. After we brought the truck to them for the repairs, they gave us a ride back to our house. Our truck was ready to pick up on 9/19/14. They sent someone to pick us up to bring us back to pick up our truck. Mr. Darius Vasquez was our service person, he did a great job making sure we were always informed on everything that was being done.. Thank you Darius. Everyone from the front desk to the service people were great. They made you think you were very important and that your vehicle was important. They were very organized and the quality of their work was of the highest standard. We would recommend FCC to anyone that needs any work done on their vehicle. Thank you. Ed & Dee Balocco more

FCC Collision Centers in Milpitas is indeed repaired my car damages with in estimated time at reasonable cost. FCC also helped me to get discounted price on car rental during this period. While my other party's insurance (AAA) was giving me the hard time to pay my car rental (since I did not use AAA recommended car rental company), Jason Piper at FCC Collision center talked to AAA insurance to get my car rental reimbursement.\r more

The customer service at FCC Collision was EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the service from the minute I walked in the door and spoke with the receptionist, until I got the keys after my car was fixed. Before I was through filling out the paperwork, Greg was there to go over the estimate and explain what needed to be done. They were all very professional, courteous and most important trustworthy. They went above and beyond my expectations. My car didn't look that good when I bought it new. No signs of any damage and it looked like it was just detailed. I highly recommend FCC Collision!\r more

Not very honest service, but exceptional work 9/3/2014

Somebody had ran into my car from behind, so I had to take it to FCC Collision Center to have the bumper repaired. I called them a couple of days later to inquire about the status of my car and a technician told me that the bumper was repainted and ready to be put back on. However, I was surprised when the manager called me later that day to give me an update and tell me that the bumper hadn't even been removed yet. I was not pleased that the technician had not been honest with me about the status of my car, but I am glad to know that at least there is honest management at FCC. But apart from that issue, they did exceptional work and the bumper looks beautiful. more
