Last week my new civic was scraped in the office parking lot and I was quiet upset. The scratches were small but visible so I took it to C&c for am estimate. and they gave me a 1500 dollar estimate which bummed me out even more. So I tried to touch it up myself but that didn't go too well. That's when I dropped by FCC for an estimate too and first off they were very courteous, helpful and professional. They recommended a touch up would be sufficient, even agreed to clean up the touch-up I did and professionally retouched up the car again, buffed it out and then washed it -- all complimentary. All this while waiting there for thirty minutes and now my car looks amazing again. I am really grateful to this place and really appreciate their service. I am a lifelong customer of this place from now on and recommend them to everybody. more

A good service. 9/10/2010

This is my third time using FCC Collision Center. They've repaired two front bumpers, a rear bumper and a rear lid. The work comes out good, no questions. They do what they promise, and the turn around time is always within the guidelines, or maybe sooner. They do the job properly and point out specifically what needs to be done, what they are going to do, and then they did it. more

Excellent service, excellent quality, and great customer support. 9/10/2010

I have a classic Camaro that needed paint. I took it to Jason at FCC Collision Center, got some estimates, and had them do the work. Jason took very good care of my car, and personally oversaw everything in the shop. I was very happy with quality of the work. It was my first time using FCC, and I thought the quality of work was very good. The shop was always clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly, and very detailed in explaining the charges and the work they were going to do. They laid everything out. They told me exactly what was going to happen, when it would happen, and what it would cost. more

FCC Collision did an excellent job. From the minute I walked in the door the receptionist was friendly and helpful. They helped me right away, looked at the car quickly, and gave me an estimate. They did an outstanding job with the car, better than I expected. They always explained what they were doing so that I would understand. I was told why they had to do everything they did, which was very nice. I trust them. It's been a long time since I received that good of customer service anywhere. Afterwards I was talking to the people at work, and one of the guys said that he uses FCC Collision too. He said they've been great for him as well. The service was very professional. I saw the back of the shop where they work, and it was clean, neat, and organized. That tells a lot about the company. more

I've had to get my car repaired twice and each time they spend a lot of time explaining what they will do, they accomplish it on time and as promised. Each time the car looks great. more

Greg at FCC was perfect businessmen! I am so critical for perfection, especially perfection for my VW GTI. They perfectly cleared up scratches from my back bumper. This body shop will be the place to take all of our cars if needed (hopefully no accidents in the future) but I know that our cars will be taken care of. My mom has a 1999 GS 300 and her car was in two accidence, after FCC had its hands on it, it was like a brand new car! Highly recommended and that is coming from a perfectionist. more

Used both locations, very happy 5/3/2009

I used FCC Collision center to redo a total disaster that Cal-West auto body had done to my car. FCC redid the work, and I was extremely happy with the results and the staff. About a year later, my Mom had an accident, and I brought her car to FCC Collision center in Mountain view, and once again, every thing came out perfect. The body work and paint was excellent, the statf was knoledgable and friendly. Not that I hope to visit them again, but if I end up needing a body shop again, that's where I will go!!! Pros: Excellent work, on time and on budget Cons: None more

FCC Exceeds My Expectations!! 4/8/2009

Thank you to the awesome crew at FCC Collision Centers. I have always been skeptical of the body repair business, but these guys completely amazed me. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with smiles and professionalism that was captivating. I was kept completely informed throughout the repair process, then the final product was way more than I had expected to be possible... With FCCs attention to details, my car actually looks better than before the accident... AMAZING!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! more

best collision car repair service 2/28/2009

I used FCC Collision Center in Milpitas for my Hoda Civic repair. My front bumper was damaged and they repaired it just like new clear. smooth paint. They rpovided ride to and from the shop. Pros: Ride to and from shop, Worked during Christmas holidays more
