FCC Collision did an excellent job. From the minute I walked in the door the receptionist was friendly and helpful. They helped me right away, looked at the car quickly, and gave me an estimate.
They did an outstanding job with the car, better than I expected. They always explained what they were doing so that I would understand. I was told why they had to do everything they did, which was very nice. I trust them. It's been a long time since I received that good of customer service anywhere.
Afterwards I was talking to the people at work, and one of the guys said that he uses FCC Collision too. He said they've been great for him as well. The service was very professional. I saw the back of the shop where they work, and it was clean, neat, and organized. That tells a lot about the company.
