Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Timely & Quality Job 3/8/2012

They did an awesome Job! The estimator Greg was really helpful and knowledgeable, and kept us up to date with what was happening with teh car and the insureance company. And they're honest - when they came in under budget, they worked it out with the insurance company. I'm sure other places would have found ways to just 'eat up' what the estimate was approved for. Great Job Guys - Thanks. more

I think that overall my experience with Chris and Amber has been great. Chris is just fantastic. He is very detail oriented. They do not cut corners. They are probably not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. They kept me informed and always explain my options. They are just amazing. It is not even a question. When I need something done I go to them. more

great experience 2/18/2012

I got my car repaired after being rear-ended. They took care of not only the minor damage due to the accident but also other blemishes (prior to the accident) on the bumper. more

Greg Folden excellent service, quality of work excellent well trained, he takes time and listen to his clients problem, approachable.He knows what he's doing in other word he can walk in water. Front-end Collision Repair 1/4/2012

FCC Collision Centers provided a great customer experience during the repair of my vehicle. The whole process was handled very smoothly. I was especially pleased with the coordination with my insurance company, the quality of work performed, and getting the job done sooner than promised. Great company to work with. 12/23/2011

Most of the work FCC Collision Centers has done for me has been bumper covers, which are pretty easy to do. Both of their shops do excellent work, especially in blending paint color from new areas to match the old areas. My car is 10 years old, and when they were done, it looked brand new! The work is done very quickly, I think most recently it took them only 3 days to complete the work.The shop manager Greg, took a personal interest in me and called me himself when the car was ready. They are located about 4 miles from my house, and I didn't have a ride and they were nice enough to give me one. They are a good company, with really good people working there. I really appreciated that depth of customer service. more

Excellent service 10/27/2011

I went to the FCC collision center in Sunnyvale site and was not only welcomed warmly but also got very reasonable price to fix a lot of scratched in the corner of bump (I don't have car insurance for that). When I came back to get my car, not only the corner of bump was fixed but also the whole bump. It looked just like new. The estimator also hand me a brochure indicate the paint in bump has lifetime warranty. The Car was also cleaned well. I am very happy with their service. more

Excellent customer service! 9/22/2011

We went to this place after our insurance agent recommended FCC Collision. From the moment we walked in, we were well taken care of. Greg was very courteous and professional, and helped us through the process of filling out paperwork and answering any concerns we had. Then when I came back a few days later to pick up the car, he recognized me and walked me over to my car. He explained the work they did, and the car looked amazing! They even fixed the little dents all over my car. The work and the customer service were excellent. I highly recommend this place! more

I've used you before and have always been happy with your service. The intake person said they'd fix some nicks on my car gratis but they forgot--I was disappointed but since it wasn't the service I paid for I couldn't complain. more

Car looks as good as new 7/5/2011

I was hit in a rear-end accident on the freeway. My insurance company recommended FCC Collision Centers as one if its approved vendors so I went with them. The body work done is flawless and after two weeks of driving the car, I am satisfied with the repairs. more

Extremely professional and courteous. Great people. 6/28/2011

I suffered some front end damage to my truck, and my insurance company gave me a list of several body shops to choose from. I happened to choose FCC Collision Center, and I'm really glad that I did. I have never dealt with people who really take care of every little need and detail. They came right up when I pulled in and started taking pictures of the damage. Then, they made sure that I had a rental car while they did the work. FCC repaired my vehicle like the accident had never happened. And the paint job was excellent. They buffed the whole thing out, and I never knew my truck could look so good. I even get comments on the street about how good good it looks. I feel really positive about it. I've recommended FCC to three or four people already. They are really professional and do excellent work. If anything every happened again, I wouldn't think about using anyone else. more
