It was my first time using FCC, and I thought the quality of work was very good. The shop was always clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly, and very detailed in explaining the charges and the work they were going to do. They laid everything out. They told me exactly what was going to happen, when it would happen, and what it would cost. more

FCC gave us two options to repair the dents on our 2009 Acadia. One was full body work at FCC and the other was to push out the dents without breaking the paint. Since this was not an insurance job, the push out repair saved us a lot of money and turned out great. Thanks to Raul for giving us the option and being mindful of the cost savings to their customers. more

I got my front bumper replaced. Got a quick estimate. The representative was knowledgeable. He patiently explained what needs to be fixed and approximate time to repair and the cost. I am really happy with their quick service. They replaced by front bumper within few hours more

Friendly Staff, Great Technicians 10/1/2012

Our Odyssey was ready 2 days earlier than quoted. FCC has always done an incredible job on our vehicles. Unfortunately, we have needed them 5-6 times, and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend FCC, and would not consider taking our Odyssey or BMW elsewhere... more

Everything went great. 9/24/2012

They were one of the preferred vendors from Farmer's for the person who hit my car. They took a look at it, I dropped off the car, and got a rental car right next door. I was able to watch progress on their website throughout the week, they would take pictures and post them so I could see what was happening. I picked up car as scheduled, without hassle. The paperwork had all taken care of. 30 days later I called to get a final wax job over the new paint, and they took care of that at no charge. They even gave me shuttle ride over to my work. more
