They were one of the preferred vendors from Farmer's for the person who hit my car. They took a look at it, I dropped off the car, and got a rental car right next door. I was able to watch progress on their website throughout the week, they would take pictures and post them so I could see what was happening. I picked up car as scheduled, without hassle. The paperwork had all taken care of. 30 days later I called to get a final wax job over the new paint, and they took care of that at no charge. They even gave me shuttle ride over to my work.
