The repair to my bumper was perfect. And the detailing afterward is a very nice touch. The repair was done quickly, so I was not without a car for a long period of time. I had two other quotes - one higher, one lower. I felt FCC's reputation justified paying a little more for. more

He worked closely with our insurance estimator, made sure to call and keep us in the loop at every single step of the process. more

My vehicle was serviced in Mountain View, not in Milpitas. Raul was very professional and courteous. I can tell he's had many years of experience dealing with the customers the right way. My vehicle was repaired and ready to go on the estimated day given. Slight complaint of paint outgassing into vehicle but smell went away after 1 week. more

Very good experience 11/17/2010

Despite my hit & run accident, coming to FCC Collision was professional, caring and efficient. I dropped my car off on Saturday and picked it up on Thursday, which was sooner than I thought it would be. Everything worked out great. I would definitely go back or recommend FCC (and have already but to the Mt. View location as it is closer to where my friend lives!). more

I dropped in one day to see how things were going. They actually let me go out in to their repair facilities and SEE how the car was progressing. They answered every question that I had as if I was their most valued customer. Kudos to FCC more

FCC Collision Centers was were great. They were diligent in making sure everything I needed wad done. The rental car place is next door, and they helped with that. They had to replace my rear bumper, and they got the car done in the time frame they said. Their customer service was great. They went above and beyond in dealing with my insurance as well the insurance company of the woman who hit me. They did everything to make sure I was satisfied. more
