FCC Collision Centers does a good job with repairing vehicles, but do not get it done as they promise. I think it is because there is no effort being put in.
For instance, I had a part that I needed for my truck to be fixed and I waited about two weeks for it to be shipped. Then, I contacted the parts company and they said the part was available and were able to ship it next day. So, I do not know why they could not get my car done sooner.
As a second experience just today, I made an appointment to bring my car, and once I came to the store they told me that it was not a good time; they had made a mistake with my reservation. It was disappointing. Even though they do a good job, once in a while they are a bit short.
