I used FCC Collision Center for the first time, and they were very thorough and very detailed. After I had the collision, I was able to get an appointment with them pretty quickly. They offered a tow truck, but I didn't need it. Their location is very close to my house.
I worked with Chris, and he was really, really good to work with! He did a thorough review of the car and gave me a quote right away. He worked directly with the claim adjuster to go over the car and make sure everything got fixed. I got the car back within two weeks.
They were pretty flexible and easy to work with, and the receptionist out front was really nice. I would say just make sure you know how you're going to be receiving information. I got text messages, which I didn't know I would be getting, and I also got calls.
