I purchased a Sequoia from Wesley Chapel Toyota on 19Sep2015. I started my new car buying experience a few days prior by contacting Lynn Hudson at WC Toyota seeking information about their inventory. Lynn was beyond helpful, appreciated my no-nonsense approach to car buying, and promptly began working on my vehicle wish list. Lynn and General Sales Manager, Hugh Palmer, reached out to other Toyota dealerships, and were excellent at communicating their findings daily. Lynn contacted me and advised on 19Sep that they found a few vehicles which I may be interested in and invited me to the dealership to check them out. After spending hours at a Chevy dealership my patience was worn and I was beyond annoyed. Upon walking into the dealership I saw my name on an appointment board assigned to Lynn. No starting over with someone new. No waiting for someone to be available to help. Lynn was waiting patiently for me with Mark Howard who would be my sales associate. Mark and Lynn had pulled the vehicle I was interested in into an air conditioned bay - no standing in the sun and heat! Mark had done his homework on the vehicle, was very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. He dealt with my forward and brutally honest personality like a champ, and went above and beyond to ensure my car buying experience was stellar. After my terrible experience at Chevy, Lynn and Mark were a breath of fresh air. Hugh Palmer made it a point to introduce himself and check up on me during my time with his associates to ensure I was being properly taken care of. Mark introduced me to Mike Haake who is one of two experts on car features at the dealership. Mike was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle's capabilities and never seemed annoyed or rushed during our time together. Now it was time to negotiate a selling price. Hugh respected my request to bypass all haggling and gave me the lowest sale price he possibly could understanding I would pass on the purchase if I felt he was being dishonest. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, Mark efficiently started the paperwork process and worked diligently to get me with a Finance Manager. Matt Schemkes was prepared and beyond knowledgeable about all the forms required to purchase a vehicle. He was patient and thoroughly answered all my questions. Upon completing the forms with finance, Mark was waiting for me with Eric Riley, another expert on vehicle features. Eric gave me a full tutorial of the vehicle, synced my phone with the vehicle, and made sure to answer all my questions. Mark and Eric invited me to return to the dealership at any time should I need additional help with the vehicle's many features. In addition, Mark called me the following day to answer any new questions I had, and Eric was on hand to assist with those questions.\r

The car buying experience is often plagued as torturous, horrible, and dealing with slimy bloodsucking parasites of sales staff. I can honestly say that WC Toyota has completely changed my position on buying a vehicle. They were honest and trustworthy. They have great comradery and function like a large family always willing to lend a hand to help each other when needed. They invite you into their home with open arms and feed you warm cookies. They've even considered the shopping parent by building an all glass kids play area complete with a TV and computer games so you can keep an eye on your little ones while you talk business (this was invaluable to me!). If you're in the market for a new vehicle be sure to make Wesley Chapel Toyota one of your first stops. Ask for the team I've mentioned here as they are unbelievably fantastic!
