I would like to take a moment of your time to express my gratitude for Mr. Jim Pettus. Jim has provided my family and me with exemplary service on more than one occasion. In January 2015, my son was in a horrible car accident, which totaled his 2003 Toyota Corolla--thankfully, he was uninjured! Due to the accident, we were forced to purchase a new-used vehicle on January 24, 2015 to ensure that our son had a form of transportation for school and work. Jim was kind, patient, and ensured that we are completely satisfied with the vehicle and his services. In additional to his kindness and patience, Jim is flexible and understanding to any concerns/questions we bring to his attention. Most importantly, he addresses any issues/questions in a timely manner and with proper planning to ensure our work and school schedules are not affected. \r

On September 30, 2015, I decided to purchase another vehicle and because of our history with Jim, we decided to work with him once again. I must say, his professionalism, kindness, and flexibility is second to none! In light of my experience of purchasing vehicles, I have never experienced such service and most importantly without the pressure that we consumers receive from most sales staff.
