Rich Jackson is AWESOME!! As a first time Toyota buyer (Honda & Acura girl until now) who was getting very disheartened by the negative (attempted) buying experience over the last year, I walked out of this dealership with a new Rav4 and a huge smile on my face. Talking to Richard was like talking to a friend, not a sales person. He didn't just dive into pricing and pushing their inventory. He listened to what we wanted and he went to work making it happen. Every other Toyota dealership from Sarasota up tried to push what was on their lot on me and kept telling me that I was going to have to bend on color or accessories or the tech package. Not Richard! He didn't stop until I had the vehicle I wanted and my parents had the two cars they wanted. As a business owner, I was especially impressed when he shared how much this dealership gives back to the community starting with the owner on down. I am very big on local community involvement so it's awesome to hear they are making a difference at home. I truly can't say enough positive things about Wesley Chapel Toyota and about Richard Jackson. Ask for him... you won't regret it! more

I just bought a new 4Runner from Wesley Chapel Toyota and it was a great experience. Patrick Abad and Harry were both helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Harry drove my new 4Runner 6 hours to my hometown and then took my old 4Runner back to Wesley Chapel Toyota. He was fast and efficient with delivering the vehicle and took the time to go over everything with me. I accidentally left some CDs in my old vehicle, and Harry was kind enough to mail them back to me. I got a great deal at Wesley Chapel Toyota and couldn't be happier with my new 4Runner! more

Great dealership! I came in with a pre-approval and my salesman Harry made the process very easy for me. I am enjoying my new prius especially the 50 mpg it gets me! Go see Harry if you want a hard working salesman that will shoot you straight more

We bought a 2015 used Toyota Corolla from Mike Brockway and Ross MacDonald. My fiancee and I have been working with Ross for a few months (due to busy schedules around the holidays) to look at various car options by phone and email and he was the best. Very friendly and informative. \r When we able to make our appointment we were looking forward to coming in and trading in my fiancee's car. Ross called us early that morning to let us know that he had to call out due to being ill, but referred us to Mike Brockway. Mike was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, and helped us in finding our new car and trading in our old one. \r He and Ross were a great team. \r This was not my first purchase from Wesley Chapel Toyota and it will not be the last. Always a great experience. more

I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat from Andy Ghelfi. I was extremely satisfied by the outstanding service he provided. This place is very clean and spacious. All employees were polite and helpful in anyway they could be. There is no doubt that Toyota of Wesley Chapel is a great place to stop by when searching for a new car. more

I had been looking for a car online and happened to find a listing, and Wesley Chapel Toyota had the car I was searching for. Andy Ghelfi was very helpful in guiding me to my purchase. Test drive was excellent! Financial was great and overall nice atmosphere. Everything went smoothly. Was able to drive the purchased car back home the same day.\r \r They have a Toyota Supra on display nuff said\r \r Thanks! more

Wesley Chapel Toyota really encourages building relationships that last. Two days ago, I went in to get my 2015 Toyota Camry serviced, and two of the sales representatives, Christopher Joseph and Vince Haley, worked wholeheartedly on getting me out of my 2015 Toyota Camry. The problem was is on May 1st, 2015 it was involved in a car accident and was not totaled, and they managed to put me into a 2016 Toyota Camry with 0% APR, for the same amount I was paying originally. I am completely excited and was astonished with their work in trying to help me by getting my 2015 Toyota Camry which was nearly totaled and not worth the original sales price, and allowing me to benefit from paying for a new vehicle that is not depreciated tremendously. I am very happy with their service, and I will continue to be apart of the family of Wesley Chapel Toyota for many years to come. more

I had found a car online that I wanted to see so went to Wesley Chapel Toyota and Richard Jackson was the salesman that helped me. He showed me the car that I was interested in but I ended up driving a 2016 Camry and fell in love. Richard was an amazing salesman, he was patient with me and made sure that all my questions were answered and the sell went smooth and he handled everything in a professional manner. He was extremely helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family when they are looking for a car. I appreciate how he took time to show me the features on the car and to make sure I was comfortable driving the car off the lot. He made this a great experience and I truely appreciate it! more
