I've been to Stadium Toyota and Sun Toyota and I won't go near Toyota of Tampa Bay, I was satisfied with Wesley Chapel Toyota's level of professionalism, they didn't any play games and Mike Grega listened to what I wanted. Now i'm going to be rolling into 2016 with a 2016 Camry SE. more

There philosophy is to ""WOW"" their customers by bringing the BEST experience they've ever had well that was my experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. There goal is to primarily focus on getting you into the right vehicle at the right price. They have built a positive reputation through customer service that goes above and beyond. With the direction and protection of my knights in shining armor Michael Haake and Kagan Sharpe the sales managers that made sure that I got the best sales associate Andy Ghelfi who sold me my 2015 Prius C. He gave me all the information I needed to make a well-informed decision. \r Carlos Vallejo was my finance wizard that worked his magic and found the right auto loan to fit my budget. They also provided special touches: complimentary massages and manicures, fresh-baked cookies, kids' play area, and more. Jack Peck is the reason we were able to buy our new vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota. We were already familiar with the quality of the Toyota brand from previously owned vehicles and the Lifetime Warranty (and catchy commercials) drew our attention to Wesley Chapel Toyota, but Jack really put together a great deal and sealed it for us. We had very specific needs/wants for our vehicle and Jack worked very hard to ensure that we got the vehicle we wanted. He would always keep us up to date on the latest info and was upfront on what he could do for us. I would definitely recommend Jack and Wesley Chapel Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle. more

I love My 2016 Toyota Corolla . \r My favorite features are the touch screen radio, leather seat, comfortablity of the seat, smooth car for driving, good style car for me. I have had previous Toyota Corolla and this one is by far the best. I visited Wesley Chapel Toyota out of curiosity when I received some preapprovals for a new car. I made some inquiries online and was promptly responded to by this dealership. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. It made me feel like they genuinely wanted to get my business. I decided to visit them in person on a Friday morning and was greeted with a smile before I even reached the door. The person I was supposed to meet wasn't there so they had James Swanson help me in their stead. He turned out to be very personable and down to Earth. James was a great part of the reason that I decided to purchase a new car that day on a whim. He answered any questions and didn't make me feel pressured at all. The whole time I was there I was offered water, cookies and various other treats that made my experience very pleasant. I drove out of the dealership with a 2015 Toyota Camry SE in all black and it was just what I wanted. I can't thank James Swanson and the rest of the staff at Wesley Chapel Toyota for everything they've done. It was A+ Service! I highly recommend them and go see James for your car buying needs! more

I had been searching all over Tampa Bay for a new 2015 Rav 4. I had a set Budget and couldn't go above it. All other Dealers and Sales People told me it would be about $2000 more. I was about to give up,when I met Ross McDonald at Wesley Chapel. Not only was he able to get me the Car for the Price I could afford,but on the day that I was to pick up the Car,my Ride fell through and he made the extra effort to drive 1 hour each way to come and pick me up,so I didn't have to wait an extra Day to have my new car. This made him get home 2hours late,but I realized that this is the type of Person Ross McDonald is. He goes the extra Mile to get you want you want. more

The best car experience ever!!! I had the privilege to work Cory Canty. He was very patient with me. I was uncertain with what kind of car I wanted but he expertise of the cars that were there help me to come up with my decision. Not only was he very patient but he is also one of the nicest guys I ever met. He won't pressure, in fact he made me feel at ease shopping for a car. They are so many great choices there. Harry was great. I leased a 2016 Tacoma and he helped me do everything over the phone. When it came time to do the paperwork, he picked me up at my house, brought me to the dealership and I was gone within an hour. Very easy, I wish every car I've bought in my life were like this one. Great dealership and great salesman. more
