I recently purchased a new vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota for my daily commute. A friend connected me with Michael Grega from the Sales Team. He was friendly, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and even went the proverbial extra mile to help my wife and I complete the car buying process conveniently. Other dealerships have pressured me to try to get a quick commitment and even attempted to trick me to sign a contract before we negotiated a price or decided what we truly wanted. My experience with Michael Grega and the Wesley Chapel Toyota staff was extremely comfortable and pressure-free. Michael allowed us to take our time and spent a few hours with us over two separate visits. If he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he was honest, which I was grateful for; then if it was important to me, he found out the answer. He also was even willing to drive 45 minutes to our house after work to help us finalize paperwork. I have never had a better experience with a salesman of any type, let alone at an automotive dealership. more

Outstanding customer service!! I was previously a long time customer of Hyundai, until they treated me with complete disregard when I went in recently to trade my Elantra in. Needless to say I had a terrible experience there. I was referred to Harry Whitaker at Wesley Chapel Toyota and went to see him about a Camry. Not only was he an incredible salesman that did a wonderful job, but the entire dealership's staff was too! I even got cookies in the mail after my purchase and have had several follow up calls from multiple employees asking about my experience there and insuring my continued satisfaction. I will send everybody I know to Wesley Chapel Toyota from now on! more

In all of my 45 years of owning automobiles, I have never been to a dealership that treated me as well as Wesley Chapel Toyota. Everyone there has been extremely helpful. Johnny Millaway is a very accommodating, gracious, and knowledgeable salesman. He explained various features very clearly and I really appreciated his patience with me. Upon arrival I was greeted by Johnny Millaway who I must say did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. Most car shopping / buying experiences are pretty aggravating. This was our third vehicle lot that we checked out and it was the best experience that we had had all day. John was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he offered to us. He allowed us to make our own decisions and did not try to force us into specific vehicles (Toyota brands). I would definitely recommend John as a sales representative and Toyota of Wesley Chapel as a great dealership! more
