My husband and I went in to Wesley Chapel Toyota on 2/6 not expecting to buy a car, but only wanted to check out the new redesigned Prius. My husband already drives a 2012 Prius and is very happy with his. I was driving a 2016 Honda H-RV and wanted to get in to a hybrid before gas prices go up again We were promptly greeted by Leeanne Randolph, who was very helpful and showed us the ones they had on the lot, it ended up being a great deal so we pulled the rigger!.I got above what I owed on my H-RV and that was the most important thing to me was not getting hosed on my trade in. We gave her a number we were willing to pay for a payment and she made it happen. We never felt pressured in to anything and Leeanne was very honest with us from the get go and didn't not sugar coat anything for us. Car buying is not all rainbows and kittens unless you're a millionaire and don't have to worry about a payment and Leanne won't make you feel like you're getting into something you won't be able to afford.She fought for and got a great trade in value for my car! She's such an awesome salesperson and will fight tooth and nail for you business. I got some free all weather floor mats as well! The finance lady, Kelly, was really great and easy to work with. She knocked of a percentage point on out rate and gave us extra mileage on our warranty!\r \r The only downside is when I came back to the dealer the following weekend to get the pinstripe removed. After I came back to pick up the Prius after the removal was completed, I was checking it over to see how it looked and noticed several spots on both sides where it was scratched. I went back in and let them know and they took it back to look at it. The director of the lot, Chris Bice, came over to speak to me about it and let me know short of repainting it it couldn't be fixed because the detailer went to deep with the buffer. Instead of saying they would repaint the car for me, he instead said they would replace the entire car! I was absolutely blown away by that! I honestly did not expect that to happen, and was deeply impressed by that. They didn't have any of my model, the 3 Touring, on the lot so it had to be ordered. When it came in and was ready to be picked p today 2/22 I couldn't come to the dealer as I was home sick with the flu. they then offered to come drive it to my house and drop it off and pick up the damaged Prius! Again, mind was blown! Got my new Prius delivered to my home and sitting in my drive way right now. :)\r \r I've never had such a good experience at a dealership. I loved how they didn't try to screw me over and not just talk to my husband about things like I've had happen in the past. Wesley Chapel Toyota forever has my business, especially when my husband is ready to trade in his 2012 Prius for a new one! Safety, Affordability and Functionality\r \r Often in the news you read about the crown princes of England, William and Harry. We came to Wesley Chapel Toyota and presented a very difficult challenge and we were met by Will and Harry, our local crown princes at Wesley Chapel Toyota. \r \r We had out grown a car faster than we had anticipated. We had a sub compact car and with changing circumstances needed the room of a 4 Runner to drive 2 children to school and events, as well as carry research projects to greatly improve the state school system with the English as Second Language program for children and adults. We are a mission driven family. \r \r I am a dad, widowed, my daughter is in an advanced degree program with the University of Central Florida and is married to an incredible man who is a great husband, a great dad and together the two of them run a highly successful business named after my two beautiful grandchildren. \r \r Will and Harry, showed my daughter the new 4 Runners that perk our interests but there was something missing. So they had an idea and my daughter test drove a limited edition Highlander. Wow! The car exceeded our expectations. We found what we needed to meet the next phase in our growing lives. We could haul science projects with multi lingual posters, and safely transport our precious passengers and still have room for the unexpected stop at the grocery stores. \r \r Now the challenge begins which is why I love coming to Wesley Chapel Toyota. This was to become our fourth car that we purchased over the years. Our trade in value was worth a negative $8,000. Let me spell that out, We were coming with a trade in worth a negative eight thousand dollars. I assured my daughter the night before if anyone can help us the team at Wesley Chapel can do it. \r \r My children run a business and are raising two children so there credit is stretch. I am a widowed Dad and I have finished paying 7 years of medical expenses, and my credit score is fair, in recovery and is overseen by a legal team that does credit repair. ""Prince Will"" and ""Prince Harry"" of Wesley Chapel Toyota went to work with the third member of our incredible team, Finance Director Edwin. \r \r Let me tell you, these three men worked hard calling our prequalified creditors presented options that were not all that acceptable and then they went back and worked some more and found so more \r acceptable offers that perked our interests, but that was not good enough for them. \r \r Will, Harry and Edwin took on a greater challenge, they new our story, they new my pain and suffering over the years and they came back with an incredible deal, monthly payments we could afford, an interest rate around 6.2 and then Edwin found and managed and sweeten the deal beyond my expectations. \r \r Edwin is a dad who loves his children and knows how precious I love my daughter. We have a life time warranty. We have the factory warranty, and Edwin also included the road side assistance with incredible protection in the event my daughter faces unforeseeable circumstances as she completes her education program. We have a Highlander that met our needs of safety, affordability and functionality. We thanked God as is our fashion and I said a Rosary each for Will, Harry and Edwin. more

Car buying made simple. This is our second purchase from this family of dealerships, our first was from Tampa Honda a few years ago. The van we had purchased then had gotten old and was starting to have problems so we went in to see what was available. We were very well taken care of and didn't feel pressured into anything we didn't want.
