I have been going to the same dealership, (I thought) for the last 10 years to get my car serviced. I was apprehensive about buying another car from them, not because my beautiful, reliable Toyota Camry Hybrid was not a good car, but because of the previous bad experience with the finance department. I was told one thing and another happened. \r

Service had been great all of those 10 years and the cookies and coffee was a treat when I did go get my car serviced. Little did I know the dealership had been sold shortly after I purchased my car! Dragging my heart across the floor, thinking of giving up my perfectly good car to purchase a Rav4, I was greeted by Vincent Haley. He smiled and I smiled back but I turned away slightly almost trying to run from him. I didn?t want nothing to do with anyone there -- I just wanted to see the Rav4. I had not made-up my mind at that point, I was just looking and I didn?t need any help doing that! He shook my hand. His hands were rough and a sign of a hard worker. Somehow we talked. Vincent was patient and listened to me. I explained my apprehensions. Vincent told me the dealership had been purchased by the Williams Family and they were different and honest and good to work for, so I gave Vincent a chance. He listened to my questions and was very kind and patient and understanding. I drove the Rav4. I wasn?t convinced, and I let a couple of days pass, but I couldn?t get Vincent out of my mind. I thought, if I bought a car/SUV it would have to be from him, because he was so understanding. Guess what? I did go back and order the Rav4 a few days later, and only because of Vincent.
