Hello. My name is Charlene Stiens and in October, 2016 I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from your dealership. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know the outstanding and fantastic job your salesman, Andy Ghelfi, did to bring about this purchase.\r I had checked out several other used car dealerships and test drove a number of vehicles. Andy took the time to understand my needs many times pointing out items that I had never given a thought of. He did not try to steer me to something different that what I was looking for instead going to the extra effort to locate a vehicle fitting my parameters. He was very patient answering my questions in the terms to my understanding. He seemed to sense that I am the type person that is totally turned off with pressure sales. After checking out several options he was able to locate a vehicle that, while marginally outside my parameters, was doable and acceptable to me.\r Andy should be considered one of your top salesmen and highly deserves on any awards possible. An excellent experience that I had from my salesman Chris Joseph, who was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain any questions that I had. Because of his help and advice I am extremely happy with my 2017 Tundra and thank him for his insight.
