Amanda Baron at Wesley Chapel Toyota is totally awesome. I came in and told her exactly what i was looking for and the payments i needed. I picked out three cars that i was interested in and she was honest about what i needed to get them. With my less than perfect credit it was a hard fit but she worked on it for 3 days and got an amazing deal for the first choice. Even more impressive was she offered to come and get me as i had no vehicle and lived in the next county about 45 minutes away. Talk about great customer service. IF you are looking for great quality vehicle, great price and great people to work with you Wesley Chapel Toyota is the place to be and Amanda Baron is the best of the best. Will definitely be back to do business there again. more

I've bought many cars over the last 50 years, and I can honestly say that I've never been more impressed with a salesperson and dealership than I am with Christopher Joseph and Wesley Chapel Toyota. Chris helped my wife and I find the exact vehicle we wanted; an in-demand Highlander with All Wheel Drive... (AWD is rare here in Florida). The pleasant surprise was that we were offered a very fair deal, and Chris treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy throughout the whole process. We got the same friendly vibe with others of the Wesley Chapel staff we met yesterday when we picked up our new vehicle. Thank you Chris! more

I had the best experience with a car dealership in my life (and I used to sell cars). Wesley Chapel Toyota's Johnny Millaway was truly fantastic and from the first email from him, I saw something different than the responses I received from my other 5 local area dealers. I found him to be all about getting a customer what they want, not in the least attempting to simply ""sell a car & make a buck"". I drove an hour to get to this dealership because of the way they treated me and my family. Johnny had exceptional communication and actually read my emails, unlike the other 5 dealerships I dealt with. I had dealt with 5 other dealerships about this car and those five could have been quintuplets by the way they responded. I told my wife ""This fella Johnny Millaway from Wesley Chapel Toyota is way different than all of the other people getting back to me about the car"". I have a Toyota dealer 10 minutes from me, but WC Toyota has them beat by far. I know where to go next time and where to send others! more

Awesome place to buy a vehicle. Andy Ghelfi and Christopher Joseph were exceptional salesman. Took their time and never pressured me. The atmosphere at Wesley Chapel Toyota was professiona and customer service oriented. I've driven Toyotas since 2000. No shopping experience was better than this one. We had a great experience we got a 2017 Toyota Camry. Our car salesman Michael Grega was great. He worked our deal backwards so we know what we could afford. That was great so we did not get in over our head with a car. The rest of the team was very nice and helpful. We wanted an SUV but we sat in the Camry and fell in love. We also saw that all 3 of our kids fit and loved the car. Thank you Michael Grega you rock..... more

John Millaway is a great and honest salesman. He really roll out the red carpet and the process was almost fun instead of feeling like you're arguing with that pushy salesperson like you would expect. He was super helpful! I would recommend him to anyone.I have bought many cars , but this was by far the best. Everyone was friendly , John Millaway , very knowledgeable and honest, making the process so nice and easy. I will always buy my cars from Wesley Toyota and from John Millaway. I was considering a Lexus because my car I traded in at Wesley Toyota was a Acura. When I came in the dealership the atmosphere was so positive and happy. I met John Millaway who was a very nice pleasant young salesmen that was kind, clean, honest, and sincere. I ended up test driving a prius c the drive was smooth and excellent the car had all the gadgets that this southern man like in my older age. John was not high pressure he new about the company and new about the car. I really believe this company cares about their employees and customers. I gained a friend when I met John Millaway and plain on trading with him until my dieing day. God blessings and love to all more

Harry Whitaker was a sensational salesman. I first came to see him three months ago trying to trade in my Corolla for a new Camry. At the time I had not made enough payments on my Corolla loan to qualify me for their ""Conquest"" program. Harry told me that I needed to continue making my payments until January and then he would be able to help me. He stayed in touch with me for the next three months and always answered my questions, whether I text or called him. I came in this past weekend and was able to trade my Corolla in for a new 2017 Camry SE and Harry helped me lower my rate by over 12%!! Thank you Wesley Chapel Toyota so much, you all have a great company with a perfect mindset on how to take care of and retain customers. Hire more people like Harry and David (the finance guy) and your company will continue to flourish for years to come! more
