Great experience. Much better than the other Tampa dealerships. We first came in on a friday looking at a Sienna that we found online. Harry was our salesman and he showed us the van and answered all of our questions. We left that day because we could not agree on price but Harry continued to work on it after we left and we ended up coming back in on Monday to purchase a different van. He helped us all the way, including getting his manager to find better financing for us than the check we had brought in from our credit union. We will recommend this dealership to everyone we know and will definitely be back in the future. more

I have to say that this was the BEST vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. We stopped by the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership around 8pm on a Sunday night just checking out the Highlanders and stumbled across a beautiful 4Runner. Michael Haake approached us outside and asked if he could help us, we were very surprised to actually see someone still there and willing to help. We asked to see the 4Runner and he quickly went inside and got it ready for us to check it out. We then took it for a very nice test drive and finally finished close to 10pm and Mike was eager to help us. We thought we were dead set on the 4Runner and the next day we showed up to the dealership and saw a beautiful Highlander. We met Mike inside and he was very eager to help us out again (without ever being pushy at all) and we asked to see the Highlander. Mike then introduced us to Harry Whitaker a sales associate who would help us out through the duration of our visit. Harry got us a very nice blizzard pearl Highlander limited to check out, he also retrieved the 4Runner for us so we could see them side by side. He took both my wife and I out for test drives with both vehicles while we pondered on which one we wanted. Harry spent a very long time with us and never did he ask ""where do we stand"" or ""lets make a deal right now"", etc. He was very professional and again not pushy what-so-ever like several other dealerships we visited. He was very knowledgeable of both vehicles and answered every question we had. We were still very wishy-washy on which vehicle we wanted and Harry was very patient with us. Finally we decided on the Highlander and Harry was very quick to help us out on our financing rates, giving us a great deal on the vehicle, and helped us pay off our old vehicle we were in. Harry and Mike were amazing the whole process through. In the financing department Edwin Andino helped us out and was very quick with the financing so we didn't have to spend hours on end finalizing the deal on our new Toyota. This experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was an experience I would recommend to any buyer out there, every single sales associate and employee was extremely nice and well prepared to answer any and all questions. I loved the dealership so much I think I may try to get a job there when I retire from the military! Thanks again Wesley Chapel Toyota!!! more

Great car buying experience, much better than we have had in the past at other locations. We talked to Melissa on the phone before coming and she introduced us to our salesman Harry when we arrived. In typical Florida fashion, it was absolutely pouring outside. After spending some time discussing our options with Harry, he picked out a Ford Fusion for us that was perfect for what we needed. He even pulled it into the detail hangar to show us the car so we didn't have to stand in the rain!! John helped us with our paperwork and we were on our way! I went with my daughter a couple of week prior to my purchase JC was really great he new right where to go and get a car that was in her price range. Told her about the warranty on each car she test drove. When we first got there Terry Stanford was there to greet us and helped us get the person we needed for the internet sales.. I told my daughter right then if I buy a car it will be with Terry or JC. The next week I had to go get my daughter from the dealership, seen Terry I told him that Jeep would be my trade-in, you get me in my price range and I'll buy a car from you. My test driving with Terry was the best test drive I have ever experience. I have to admit I did give both Terry and JC a hard time but it was all in fun and if I ever need a salesman I would make sure I had them again. Thanks boys you were great. We went into the showroom with the intention of buying a used car. The salesperson Andy Ghelfi was wonderful and he showed us all the cars he had in the showroom. Then he made us an offer we could not refuse and we ended up buying a brand new car with no extra harm to my pocket. If it wasnt for Andy we would not have bought a car that day. It was the end of the month and Andy gave us a very good deal on the new car. Even after selling the car, he was so king to make up a follow up call after a week to check if the car was riding ok and if there were any issues. Wesley Chapel Toyota also offers Body massages and my wife and her friend were very happy to get a free body massage. Would definately recommend Toyota of Wesley Chapel to my friends. We went here to look at a particular car. It was up front when we arrived, we were quickly met by Harry W., who wasted no time letting us see the car, test drive it, and look it over. We were ready to talk numbers so we negotiated down to their best and up to our bst quickly, the whole negotiation taking about an hour. They were respectful, didn't play ""hardball,"" and we felt like we were squarely dealt with the whole time. I came back the next day to finalize the deal and finish the paperwork, and was out within an hour. This dealer and salesman valued my time and my business, made me feel respected, and sold me a great car for a great price. What more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend and would gladly buy from them again. more
