Let me just start off by saying that when I think of great people I think of Wesley Chapel Toyota. I have purchased here before and I will forever do so. I loved my experience, especially trying to buy a van with my little 2 year old Gavin. Lynn Hudson and Jack Peck did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Gavin even called Jack Papa, it was so sweet! This was a stress free and the only way to buy a vehicle. I recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota over anywhere else! more

Very good experience. I showed up for a scion tc, Harry was my salesman. He was very thorough, but didn't take forever. His manager (I do not recall his name) discounted the car, even though ""scion's don't get discounted"" and they gave me a really great rate. I would definitely recommend going to Wesley Chapel Toyota and seeing Harry. more

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgable staff. I told him my request and he escorted me right to the vehicles I was looking for. After a knowledgeable run down on the car and the benefits of buying a car from Wesley Chapel Toyota we went inside to discuss price. The salesman showed me the benefits for both leasing and buy and helped me come to a conclusion. To be honest, I did not go to Wesley Chapel Toyota to buy a car that day, but with all the benefits you get from Wesley Chapel Toyota it would have been foolish not to. I walked out of the dealership with in an hour of coming to an agreeable price. I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Corolla and I feel like I got it for the right price. This is a wonderful dealership with knowledgeable staff and incredible prices on incredible vehicles. Also, this is the cleanest and most customer friendly dealership I have ever been to, and I bought 3 new vehicle from other dealers in the last 4 years. you will not be disappointed in this dealership. more

From my very first phone call into the dealership and speaking with Danielle, to the follow up phone calls and dealings with Steve Blank, I can't tell you how on top of this car deal these two were. I was provided with information before I could even think to ask it, and when I told Steve that I was flying in to Tampa to complete the deal, he told me he would pick me up. I wish more salespeople would understand the commitment that I received today. So we all have bumps and bruises with our credit and its sad to say your just a number unfortunately wisdom comes with age - Credit on the other hand is a mystery all its own -- 3 credit bureaus -- and each are different scores for the same person -- ONLY in America does it take YEARS to build credit and one month of a missed payment to drop you like a rock and then you have shaky or risky credit- so that being said - I received a letter from Wesley Chapel Toyota - that said I have done good rebuilding my credit , come see what we have to offer , I thought YEAH RIGHT another BS letter to get me out there to be DECLINED yet again --I called the manager LYNN and gave her a hard time just letting them know im not stupid or new to this sort of stuff-- she said give me 30 mins of your time and see what we can do for you .., So I have previous car loan with a credit Union that screwed me over on a high interest loan PLUS MAKING repairs so only had that car 2 years and was over paying for the car and repairs - so I came across Mark Howard a sales rep at Wesley Chapel Toyota -LET me tell you AMAZING SALES PERSON AND STAFF - I have never seen a more professional staff and NO pushy sales - he took his time explained every detail of the car - every step we would take to get this done -He came back with an offer on a new 2015 Corolla with no money down and with an approval already had a bank waiting for me to sign the dotted line plus an extended warranty -I almost hit the floor with excitement - Get this no money down , lower interest more then half of what I was paying, I left with a new 2015 car in less than 2 hours signed sealed and delivered. plus they paid off my old Honda loan .
