I was given Mark Howard of Wesley Chapel Toyota?s number from a friend of mine who recommended him when she found out I was looking for a car. I don?t have the best credit and didn?t have a lot of (any) money to put down. I thought this was definitely impossible due to my situation but after a few phone conversations, Mark gave me the impression that he felt he would be able to help me. Before I went in to the dealership, Mark Howard had me prepared for what to expect and had already asked for all the pertinent information needed to submit for my financing. Jack Peck was my sales person at Wesley Chapel Toyota. He was Awesome!!! He didn't blow smoke like a lot of sales reps. I told him what car I wanted, what options I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. I also had a trade in and told him what I wanted from that as well. He made it happen. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and the SUV I was looking at. He wanted me to be happy with my new purchase..... Jamie the finance guy was Awesome as well. Very knowledgeable and was great to talk to...
