My mother was in the market a new car, we went to a few other dealerships but was unable to find anything to suit her needs and wants. I gave Steve a call and immediately he was able to find us multiple options. Steve and Albert explained the buying process very well making my mother feel very comfortable, and happy with her choice, and to top it off Kelly did a great job going over the final paperwork. This was a great experience because of the exceptional customer service they all provided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car more

This is the only dealership I would recommend. I felt comfortable from the first moment. I worked with Mark Howard who set me at ease by finding vehicles in my price range, listening to my needs and working with me. I felt like I had an advocate with him and I never once had to question his motivation as I learned that their commission relies on selling a vehicle no matter how much it costs. \r \r The size of the dealership meant that even my specific needs were met with a few great options that I was comfortable with. \r \r I was treated with respect and kindness that was unlike any other dealership. This is the only place I would return, especially with the specific knowledge and friendliness I received from Mark (sales) and John (finance). more

Hands Down the #1 Toyota Dealership in Tampa Area! I have purchased 7 Toyotas from 3 other dealers in the area, no one has better customer service than Toyota of Wesley Chapel! From Lynn who helped me over the phone, to Mark Howard, an amazing salesman, who actually listened to me, knew what I needed, and allowed not only me but my 16 year old to drive as many vehicles until we felt comfortable with the vehicles we drove off the lot. Edwin, and John the financial guys, made me feel no pressure at all. It was just a great experience, and lots of employees that came around asking if there is anything that I needed, simply Awesome, Thanks Toyota of Wesley Chapel! more

Wesley Chapel Toyota provided such a wonderful experience! Chris Joseph and PJ Leary are exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, witty, and knowledgeable. Chris was so personable and really understood exactly what we were looking for....he offered great advice, really knew the cars he showed us. As time went on through the couple of days it took to decide, based on our work schedules, the times when we could view the cars, I feel like we made a friend in Chris...He was honest with us and really listened, so may people in sales do not listen to your needs and wants, however, Chris did listen and we trusted him...I will so highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and Chris Joseph to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Jack Peck was an amazing salesman, the entire process was smooth. There was some lagged time, but he continued to update me as to why the wait was so long. He was not pushy for me to purchase a car and he listened to all of my concerns and also stay within my budget. I am well pleased with his service and also Wesley Chapel Toyota as a whole. I believe I made a great decision after a year of searching for a car. more

This was my first time buying a car, and it was painless and easy! They gave us the best deal they could, and were very helpful answering any questions or concerns I had. I was able to get my dream car! And they didn't play games; I was in and out quickly. Jack even helped me set up the Bluetooth to my phone and went above and beyond! Buying anything should be as seamless as purchasing a new car from Wesley Chapel Toyota. Mark Howard put me in the car I love driving already, and its only been two days. The experience was terrific, expedient, and exhilarating. It's a great feeling to get what you want when you want it, and to be treated respectfully and sincerely. I'm loving my Corolla CVT S Plus. We walked through the door late in the day and was greeted by a great young salesman by the name of Anthony. He was the most helpful salesman I could have asked for. He helped get me a great price and stayed way past his work hours to make sure everything was finalized and done correctly.
