Will not go anywhere else for car needs!!!! After being upside down on 2 vehicles....one last Feb and one this year and needing to trade for legal reasons Toyota was able to get me into my first ever brand new van and car! Everyone is so very friendly and upfront which is very nice since honesty is very hard to find at a car dealer. I had been to every dealer in Wesley chapel with no luck and Toyota just knows how to get what needs to be done done!!! Thank u all from the bottom of my heart!! God bless!! more

I want to take a few minute and tell you about my experience with Jim Pettus at Wesley Chapel Toyota , This is a Dealership like No other and Jim Pettus a Sales Associate like no other from the moment I walked in the door at Wesley Chapel Toyota and met up with Jim Pettus . We just bought a new Camry from James Swanson and Wesley Chapel Toyota.First of all I shopped for 5 months for this car.I e-mailed and phoned many dealerships within 100 miles to get quotes and just get a feel of the different dealers .I narrowed my search to 3 dealers in the weeks just before I was ready to buy and it came down to price , warranty ,and I wanted a Camry.After talking to the 3 Toyota dealers quiet a few times James stood out ,I trusted him because unlike the other guys he always gave me strait talk and all the answers to my many many questions and had a sweeeet deal too.I have never had such an enjoyably time shopping for anything .James and all the folks at WC Toyota far exceeded 5 starts .They are the BEST.. more

I gave this dealership a 5 star rating! Eric Riley was great to work with! Actually everyone we ran into was GREAT! As a woman, I appreciated Eric's professionalism and honesty! I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision! They actually wrote a deal and gave me ample time to process it! Once I made my decision, he was able to get us in and out quickly...and happy... and with the deal amount being true to what we agreed upon! If you are looking for a car, I would definitely look into visiting Wesley Chapel Toyota and ask for Eric! You will get the best deal and leave feeling like you actually got the better end of the deal! We went originally on a Friday evening to trade my husband's Tacoma for a Prius, and toyed with the idea of trading in my Venza for something newer. Jeff Loper and John Weicherding were so incredibly helpful and kind to me, my husband, and our 2 young children that we came back the next day and bought a new Sienna minivan! Wholeheartedly recommend Weslely Chapel Toyota, especially Mark Howard and Lynn Hudson! They helped us find the perfect replacement for a car that had just been totaled. Often times sales associates can feel pushy and you may only be shown cars that have been sitting on the lot for a while, but the staff at WCT was very professional and allowed us to take our time in addition to showing us a wide variety of models at many different levels. You cannot imagine what a relief it was to work with someone who honestly seemed to have my best interest in mind, especially after the stress of having our previous car taken out. Michael was extremely helpful and his communication with us as he searched for the specific model of Prius C 3 in Habenero was top notch.
