WOW!! I came across Wesley Chapel Toyota in Largo at a parking lot sale a couple of weeks ago. I brought in my late husband's old Impala and I really wanted to get into an SUV in my budget. My salesman Harry showed me a couple of options that would fit my budget but I could not get approved by a bank for the loan because of the high mileage on the vehicle. So Harry showed me a Ford Focus instead. It did not have as much room as I wanted but got really good mpg and they were able to fit it into my budget so I bought it. About a week after the sale Harry called me to see how I was doing and I told him that although I loved the car, it was really lacking the space that I wanted in a vehicle. So over the next week Harry worked with me on a couple of different vehicles over the phone. Once we decided on a Ford van, Harry was able to fit that into my budget and include the warranty which was important to me! Then he drove the van out to my house to show me the van and sign the paperwork! I loved the van and the attention to customer detail so much that I signed right there on the spot! I am not one to usually write reviews and in the past I have absolutely hated dealing with car dealerships but Wesley Chapel Toyota has got it all figured out and they have a gem in Harry. I will recommend anybody to them. Thank you guys so much for everything! more

Mark Howard was my online contact, and from the time I arrived at the dealership until the time I left in my new car he was very helpful and professional. He helped me decide which vehicle was right for me. It was such a great experience that I brought my daughter back the next day and she also bought a car. My 2012 Prius V is perfect for me with the 43.5 mpg and all the amenities that came with buying a used car that was fully loaded. more

I got something in the mail telling me that I was already qualified for a loan on a car. I talked to Lynn over the phone and when I went in she referred me to Harry. He was great and he showed me a car that was perfect for me. He asked me all sorts of questions about my budget and then was able to keep the Chrysler 200 that he showed me in my budget. So my wife and I are repeat customers of Wesley Chapel Toyota for many years and have always had a wonderful experience and this time was no different. I was looking for something with better gas mileage and I was determined to get what I wanted in regards to numbers. As always we came to an accord with numbers that I can feel comfortable with. And on top of that my wife was able to get a new truck that allows us to save some more money. Not only was the Harry Whitaker our sales rep very nice and accommodating but so was his manager Kagan. And to add icing on the cake we were there pretty late and one of their service specialist Toni when out of her way to pick us up some dinner because we were starving. Now that is what I would call amazing customer service from an amazing team. We have been buying from this location probably since they first opened up and we have no bought our 4th and 5th cars from them and will continue to do so for years to come. more

Very thorough! I showed up looking to get out of my current Camry lease and into a new lease on the Tacoma. Harry was new but was a wonderful salesman and did a very thorough job of discussing the features and benefits of the Tacoma that we took for a test drive. Afterwards we went inside and he showed us around the dealership. Then we sat down to do numbers and make a deal. When Harry first brought out the numbers, they were a far cry from the $229 down and $229 per month that I saw on the commercial. When I asked why, he tried to explain it to me but I didn't understand. His manager Hugh came out and did an amazing job of explaining everything and we ended up making a deal. My wife and I left knowing that we weren't taken advantage of and that we received the best deal possible. Harry and Hugh and everyone down at Wesley Chapel Toyota are great, and I will return there in a heartbeat!! more

I came in with my mom looking for a specific car that I found online. Harry knew exactly where the Lexus was and made it easy. The price was fair and everything was fast and easy. This was my first time buying a car but when I'm ready for another I will be coming back! more

Great customer service! I came in looking for a used suv while my wife's car was getting an oil change. Not only did Harry help me find a RAV four that was perfect for me, he drove with me out to my house to get my wife and my trade in. Then he and Steve helped my wife get into a new car also! The sales associate Harry Whitaker III was very good at selling me into my new 2015 corrola and helping me stay within my means the managers Hugh / Pat, as well as Frank from Finance helped me make my trade in simple and affordable i would refer anyone that is looking for a good deal that speaks to them to see these gentleman. Also they are all good at working as a team my grandmother wanted to see if i could get a better deal if she tried getting me the car, having Ashton Olsen help her to see if she alone could get a car and working together realized just how much my family pulls together and in the end got me this perfect car that works for me in every way.
