My parents went in the dealership to check out some options for me as my lease was ending but I could not go visit in person that day. I was planning to visit a few days later, only if my parents had found something good. We were very lucky to meet Andy Ghelfi (our salesperson). He was so nice, friendly, professional, and patient with us. He showed my parents the new cars and talked to me on the phone throughout the day. He answered all our questions, compared all options available (keep our old car, trade it for a new lease, both, etc). Andy felt like a friend trying to get us the best deal. My parents were treated so well that we ended up getting a new Toyota Highlander that same day. Andy drove all the way to my house (over 1 hour away) in the evening, so that I could sign all the paperwork. This saved me so much time and trouble. This excellent customer service is the reason we keep going back to Wesley Chapel Toyota for sales and service for the past 7 years, even after moving to Clearwater, and will continue to do so.
