Andy Ghelfi was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in.This is our third vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota and will not be our last. When we found the right car it was a very quick process, not all this back and forth on numbers like I have experienced from other dealerships. I gave them the price I wanted to be around and they made it happen. I would highly recommend Andy and WCT to anyone who wants a great deal and great service!!! more

This was the third car I have purchased from Wesley Chapel Toyota and it was a great experience. Chris Joseph went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We have had 8 Toyotas and everyone of them have been excellent. If you need to buy a new car. Buy a Toyota. If you need to buy a Toyota, go to Wesley Chapel Toyota. If you go to Wesley Chapel Toyota, ask for Chris Joseph. You will not be disappointed. more

Steve Blank Assisted me and my wife with the purchase of a new Camry. He was very helpful to inform me that I needed to cancel products that I purchased at another dealership in order to get into a new Camry at a much better interest rate. It may have taken a month but we are new owners of a Toyota, and are happy to be a part of the Wesley Chapel Family. Harry at the Toyota dealership in Wesley Chapel is incredible!! He talked to me about getting a new car for weeks and when I finally went there to see what he could he absolutely blew my mind. Great customer service and an amazing atmosphere, from start to finish. Even signing the paperwork in finance was smooth and timely. My wife and I came you Wesley Chapel Toyota with the hope to get into a new car that we could afford. Other dealerships made all kinds of promises, especially our local dealer, Sun Toyota. They were empty! Wesley Chapel Toyota showed us that we can again trust a salesman who says he is trying to help us. Not only did Steve Blank get us a great deal and an affordable payment, but he is been helpful in assisting us with questions after the sale. He truly is a gem. more

Incredible! Everybody was very nice and accommodating. My salesman Harry and his manager Kagan did everything they could to earn my business. I didn't buy the first night, but I came back the very next morning because I knew I couldn't pass up the deal! Everything moved very smoothly and quickly. I would suggest anybody looking for a new vehicle to go to Wesley Chapel Toyota! more

I have been to Toyota of tampa bay twice and each time i never got through. This is the second year i am getting the car i wanted the bold new camry!! My parents went in the dealership to check out some options for me as my lease was ending but I could not go visit in person that day. I was planning to visit a few days later, only if my parents had found something good. We were very lucky to meet Andy Ghelfi (our salesperson). He was so nice, friendly, professional, and patient with us. He showed my parents the new cars and talked to me on the phone throughout the day. He answered all our questions, compared all options available (keep our old car, trade it for a new lease, both, etc). Andy felt like a friend trying to get us the best deal. My parents were treated so well that we ended up getting a new Toyota Highlander that same day. Andy drove all the way to my house (over 1 hour away) in the evening, so that I could sign all the paperwork. This saved me so much time and trouble. This excellent customer service is the reason we keep going back to Wesley Chapel Toyota for sales and service for the past 7 years, even after moving to Clearwater, and will continue to do so. Thanks again to Andy Ghelfi and the whole team. more

I just got my third car on Monday, at Wesley Chapel Toyota from James Swanson, and Jim Pettus. I absolutely love it and would never go through anyone else other than these two to get a car!\r \r People tend to think when purchasing a car that it will be a long drawn out process, having to sit in the dealership for hours on out. But you can?t beat the experience you get at Wesley Chapel Toyota. They make you feel right at home. \r Jim, and James, both, know I am very picky gal, and these two are so sweet and patient with me. Every time! They make sure I am always taken care of and they make sure I get the best deal possible. I could not imagine going anywhere else to purchase another vehicle. Especially not without these two! more
