The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

The washer was unable to make the first appointment because he couldn't find a parking space on the nearby streets. Nevertheless, we scheduled a second appointment within a couple of days. The washer arrived promptly and registered with the receiving room supervisor without difficulty. He was very personable, went right to work, and completed the job expeditiously. He was meticulous about cleaning up after himself at each window. Excellent experience. more

Good service , have a little hard time understanding the guy who call over the phone,I call again because I went upstairs to check and notice that the guy who clean dint clean that good, they send the guy again and I think he clean them again , so over all I will used them again, hope I don't get the same person . more

Windows were very streaked and one was even broken 9/10/2014

The workers were very polite however one window was broken and never reported. I found the windows after they finished and left. I received a quote but the actual price went up by 4times. more
