I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Having a flat rate fee for gutter cleaning cannot be beaten. prime time were fast to come out, thorough in their cleaning and cheap. - can't ask for more than that!! more

Satisfactory window cleaning 11/18/2014

Overall quality of the windows was satisfactory. We have some higher windows and the cleaner could not/did not reach the tops of them. I would probably use them again but would stress they need to find a way to get the top 2 inches of the windows, those high windows were the reason we hired professionals. Worst Experience I Have Ever Had 11/17/2014

I can't comment on the quality of their work as I feel they didn't do any work, yet billed me twice the aggred-on amount. Mysteriously, the agreed-upon fee was doubled with many add-ons and then was graciously cut back to the original amount to make things better. I was told they cleaned 6 gutters on my house -- there are only 4. My landscaper checked the work two weeks later, said it wasn't done and re-did it for me. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. If you feel you have to use them, get a written contract and be present when they do the work. Very poor quality and overpriced 11/17/2014

Really rushed through work. I paid extra to put foam gutter guards in and they tucked under when the proper way to put in is cut and place on top of the bars in the gutter. I asked numerous times to be sure they knew how to do this and they claimed they did, I was only wrong to not have them redo it when they asked how this looked.I said I can't afford to pay over $250 for this service and was told my gutter service would be about $125 and then would be paid for time with the foam gutter guards. It took them about 30 minutes to put in the guards, which they did wrong, and they still charged $250. I looked over what they did and told them otherwise mostly because they barely spoke english and seemed to be in a rush. Good review - would highly recommend 11/16/2014

I was more than satisfied with my experience with Prime Time window cleaning service. The employee who did the work called in advance of his arrival in a timely manner, had all the necessary tools with which to work, did a great job and completed his task with no inconvenience to my schedule. All of this at a very reasonable price - I certainly plan to use this contractor again and would recommend them to friends and family. more

Good service and value. Prime Windows did not come within the window of time they suggested. When I called after the window expired, they sent someone within 10 minutes. If you aren't home to watch, it is hard to tell with any gutter cleaning service if the work is actually done. My most recent experience was I left a check for service I thought would be done on a Tuesday. I came home from work to find my check gone replaced with an invoice for the price I was quoted. The next day I came home and found another invoice in my mailbox with a higher price. I thought they were here the day before but no. Fortunately, my sister-in-law who lives across the street from me told me she saw them here on the second day. So, for all I knew the work was already done but it wasn't even though my check was gone. I didn't have to pay the balance so that was a good thing. I get my windows professionally cleaned twice a year. I've contracted with many different vendors. IWhomever has the best coupon usually gets my business. not anymore....I will return to prime Time Windows next year. The serviceman arrived right on time.
