Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Back after many years.... 5/10/2015

I first started with Prime Time many years ago when they were operated by firemen on their days off. Over the years, they began to charge for travel, and at first I was o.k. with that, but then one of the workers told me he came from Naperville, not more than 2 miles away. I stopped with Prime Time over that, but they kept contacting me anyway, even though I told them why I had stopped with them. I recently decided to go back to them, noticing that the travel fee was no longer there (probably just put into the standard rate). On the whole, the service was very good. Nice job, even though the 2 guys told me that it was just their first day on the job. more

Wonderful Company to work with 5/10/2015

We called to schedule a washing and they had people in the area that day and came right over! What a service!! We have used Prime Time Windows for over 3 years now and every time it is a wonderful experience and with over 70 windows to clean - the task would daunting if I had to do it myself. Would recommend highly!! more

Good Service. 5/6/2015

We've worked with Prime Time Window Cleaning for a number of years. When they make an appointment they keep it. They also do a good job on the cleaning. There are a couple of issues we've had with them, and why I didn't rate them as a five overall. They don't always bring the equipment they need, even though we ask them to bring their own. They also seem to have a communication problem with their scheduling coordinator. Sometimes my husband and I make an appointment, and get called two or three times after from different staff members trying to schedule us. Overall, they're a good service, and I would recommend them. more

Sparkling windows! 5/6/2015

We had a significant occasion coming up at our home, the first meeting of our future in-laws, and our windows hadn't been cleaned in a few years. Prime Time Windows cleaned all our windows, inside and out, along with window tracks and some sills. The technician was careful, courteous and professional. The results? Our windows were streak free and sparkling just in time for our wonderful event, and the total effect made our whole house look 10 years newer. Thank you, Prime Time Windows! more

uninformed employees 5/5/2015

Got a quote at a fair and reasonable price over Ethernet phone. The 2 guy who's showed up had no clue what they were doing as far a pricing the job wanted to charge me double the quote. Trying to tell me inside was 1 window and outside was considered another window. So basically I had the outside only done for what it should of cost to have in and out done. Only bright spot was dealing with Valerie, after talking to her she was very apologetic and helpful to rectify the problem and made sure I was only charged for the service I received. All in all it was a bad experience. Maybe some simple training of the employees could of saved us all some time and aggravation. I forgot to mention I was asked to remove all my own screens! Total BS! more

Quality of work was very good, efficient, careful, and thorough. People were pleasant. If they had arrived on time, I would have given five starts. Apparently, there was heavy traffic but a phone call would have been good after a half hour wait. more

Jorge and Daniel were far and away the best window guys I have ever had to clean windows and screens spring or fall. I have used Prime Time previously and they always do a good job but these guys are something else. Very best ever! Tom more
